The home is ideal for accommodating families or friends gathering for that special event or a tour of the wine country. The surrounding gardens with their plants and flowers add to the serene feeling of this setting. The side yard offers a private setting with two patio areas! The umbrella shaded patio table with chairs is ideal for enjoying that morning coffee or visits with friends. The second slate patio holds a gracious grouping of deep cushioned furniture with a sail shade and string of lights for lounging in the evening. The home's central location in Sebastopol puts it within walking distance to all of the downtown area. I charge a $400 deposit to ensure for the possible cost of any damage caused by your pet. This is in addition to the pet cleaning fee ($100 per pet).
