Endless ways to relax and entertain continue in your own fenced back yard complete with an outdoor shower.Second level is an open floor plan with the living, dining and kitchen all adjacent to each other.The beautiful living room with modern, updated décor, a flat screen TV, and a large comfortable sectional couch from which to enjoy it all. There is a balcony right off the living room with beautiful coastal chairs to relax on. There is also a futon sofa bed located off of the living room (double bed).The gourmet kitchen includes stunning quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, a 5 burner gas cooktop, high-end soft close solid wood cabinetry and a massive island that seats 4 guests. All you need to add is the food and the fun. The adjacent dining area makes it easy for everyone to eat.For your convenience there is a half bath right off the living room.This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests.There is a hallway bathroom that features a tub/shower combination on the 3rd floor. Third floor has a balcony off of the master bedroom with quiet street views. The 2 other bedrooms and laundry room are also located on the 3rd floor. All 3 bedrooms have a flat screen TV with cable. Bunk bed added in July 2022. Location, location location! The beach is literally just across the street.The street has a soccer field, basketball court, playground and a nearby gas station. Sweet Sage Café, Mangos Restaurant and Tiki Bar and the Conch Republic are walking distance among others.THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS HOME:No smoking inside of the property - NO EXCEPTIONS!This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties.1 car garage + 2 spaces in the driveway – maximum of 3 vehicles.COVID UPDATEWe take the safety of our guests and cleaning staff extremely seriously. Our cleaning crews are using sanitizer and disinfectant on all surfaces before your arrival and ensuring all of the CDC guidelines are followed.We stress the importance of guests purchasing travel insurance that would cover them in the event that they no longer want to travel. Unit #216 (a 2nd floor unit) is the largest condo in the Royal Orleans complex. Even has a peek-a-boo view of the gulf from the living room french doors! Enjoy the heated pool in the New Orleans themed paved courtyard or walk across the road & enjoy the quiet, beautiful Redington Beach. The beach access is just a couple minutes down & across Gulf Blvd. The unit features 1 full bath & 1 bedroom with all new furnishings/bedding including a new memory foam king bed. The living room includes a new queen sofa sleeper, which allows the condo to sleep 4 people. There's a fully equipped kitchen to stay in to cook & use the grill in the courtyard or eat out at the many area restaurants. One of my favorites is Conch Republic, which is within walking distance! Also, the condo is located a short distance to many activities & shopping along Gulf Blvd, including less than 10 mins south to John's Pass. Plus it's close to Clearwater with many activities, and Treasure Island/St. Petersburg. Also available is the trolley that goes by about every 1/2 hour that will take you to many popular sites in the area. The Redington Beach Town Park is located next to the condo complex. The park includes a basketball court, soccer field, shuffle board, picnic tables, and outside gym.This is a non-smoking and no pets condo unit. There is free parking at the complex in the front or back of the buildings. There is no assigned parking & only 1 car per unit. Condo accommodates a coffee station with a Keurig, and plenty of kitchen dishes/glasses/cookware. Plus beach chairs/towels/umbrella/blanket and coolers for a great day at the beach! I will continue to add or replace items needed to make this a comfortable & enjoyable stay for every guest!
