Hotels con internet a Pasco County

Grande soggiorno hotel meraviglioso. Solo il problema non era con l'hotel, ma trip.com non pagava per la stanza. Quindi abbiamo dovuto chiamare e ottenere tutto risolto. Così non sono stato doppio prelievo.

My husband and I had to get a hotel room due to hurricane Milton, and I must say this hotel and the staff there were awesome, they even gave a free continental breakfast when normally they normally do not. The very nice lady that worked overnight I believe her name is Maribel she was calm and collected throughout the night, she made me feel calm, she was so understanding with my jitters, restaurant staff were awesome

Check in and out was easy. All employees were friendly and helpful. Any requests were handled right away (extra towels, refill for conditioner, etc...). The room was clean and comfortable. Was nice that living area had separate temperature control from the bedroom. There was 6 of us, the ones that liked it cold, slept in bedroom, the ones that wanted warmer slept on sofa bed. The kitchenette was nice, and a decent sized refrigerator and freezer was a plus. The pool area was clean and well kept. One pool was heated, the other not. Hotel was busier on the weekend than weekdays. Pools still had plenty of room for all. There were grills for use, if you desired. Breakfast was good, the usual buffet for suburban locations. Do need a car, or could Uber, but nothing is a long drive away. The only disappointment was on weekdays, they didn't have coffee out round the clock. We checked out at 2:30 am to catch a 6 am flight and return car rental in Tampa. Coffee especially that night would have gone along way. You never know when people will check in or out, be up super early or be up late. Coffee should be available for those people. Small complaint for an enjoyable stay. Will definitely stay here again . I visit family there a few times a year, and this will be my go to place.

Holiday Inn Express è la nostra scelta predefinita e questa, che è in Florida e in una zona relativamente ben viaggiata, ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre aspettative, tranne per una questione di ONE brillante. Abbiamo raggiunto circa 8 dopo aver guidato tutto il giorno e abbiamo deciso di prendere la suggerimento del desk front e di esercitare il 20% di sconto al TGI Venerdì a piedi. Poiché non eravamo a uno in 15 anni abbiamo deciso “che cazzo? Dopo aver tornato da cena senza dolore, come dicono, siamo andati a letto senza controllare la loro stanza. Nella mattina, una volta un po’ più chiaro, ho notato che il bagno su cui stavo seduto aveva qualche problema Maggiore. Come qualcuno che ha ristrutturato una coppia di case, sono molto confortevole nella mia teoria che questo bagno è stato probabilmente salvato da un bagno dopo che era stato distrutto. Il sedile era tintato, smerigliato e puntato e il rimbalzo di porcellana aveva chips in esso. Tutto questo è stato notato dopo che l'avevamo usato la notte precedente e quella mattina. Un sedile in bagno in questa condizione non può essere pulito correttamente e mi sentivo molto disgustoso che l'avessimo usato dopo aver fatto la doccia e andare a letto - molto mi sentivo come avevo bisogno di un altro doccia dopo averla vista. Come succede qualcosa di simile? Come si può trovare un elemento chiave di un soggiorno in un hotel in condizioni inaccettabili? In caso contrario, la struttura era ben mantenuta e confortevole. L'unico altro problema che potevo immaginare è che il condizionatore d'aria è un po' alto, ma è Florida e si lavorano duro. Ci andremo ancora alle località HIE, ma questo è probabilmente il più grande fallimento che abbiamo mai sperimentato in uno.

Myself and three of my friends, take a golf trip every year and have stayed here for the past ten years or so. Please note that everyone that works there is wonderful and very accommodating. The daily breakfast was very good. However, since the proprty has been purchased and new management has taken over, things have gone downhill. Upon arrival neither rooms could be opened. After a time and new room cards, we were able to get into our room. The other room could not be unlocked. Finally a maintenance worker was able to open the door with his master fob, but couldnot get the key cards to work. since no other rooms were available, they were given a master fob. I assume it was set to only work on that room, but it would not work on the outside doors. The next day when we returned and went to our rooms. The room with the lock trouble was wide open and lock was in pieces on the table. They had been working on it and had left it that way while they were somewhere else. Do not know how long it was open for. When we checked out, one room was supposed to be on my credit card, the other room was supposed to be on one of their cards. They left everything on my card. They had the information and card number for the other from check-in. Perhaps the staff is not all properly trained. The assistant manager assured us she could fix it. Each room should have been approximately $2200. By the time she was done, the other room had $4400 charged and mine had been charged nearly $11,000. At that time she said she could not change it because of the large amount involved. When we got home, we had to spend time calling the general manager and spend a couple of weeks calling my credit card company (just in case) and checking in online to make sure the excess charges were removed. It was finally straightened out, but it should never have happened. As a side note there used to be activities four nights per week for the guests, i.e., pizza night, grill night, movie night and so on. Not anymore. Overall disappointing.
