This cool (rustic meets modern) two story cape style house with an open floor concept features 4 bedrooms all with dedicated air conditioners (sleeps 6-12), brand new stainless steel appliances, three smart TVs, with new tile and wood floors and is a short walk from Old Orchard Beach. Walk or bike (just over ½ mile) or park for free in 2 dedicated 24-hour beach parking spots (at the beach) on Milliken Street parking lot that also offers changing rooms, showers and bathrooms. You can also take a trolly, which is located 250 feet away from the house at Jimmy the Greek’s Restaurant, and stops at 8 beach locations. $2 per person Children 5 and under ride free!Located just outside of the Ocean Park section of Old Orchard beach, you can enjoy walking & nature trails, bike trails, dog paths and tennis courts, all in one of the coolest little beach communities in Maine. The home features a great room, all new furniture, five air conditioners, a bar and pellet stove.
