Three charming bedrooms (1 brand new Saatva queen size bed, 1 full size bed and 2 twin beds). Home sleeps 6 in beds with additional pull-out couch for additional 2 . Tennis, basketball and daily kids camp available throughout summer months. Thursday night movies on beach and Friday night concerts. Close proximity to Mystic, Old Saybrook and Newport Rhode Island (55 mins). Steps from beach, community pavilion and marina.
