There is covered parking adjacent to the main entrance, no need to slog through parking lot slush or have to clear your car of snow and ice the next morning. You will enter via a large mud room where you hang up your parkas and leave you outdoor boots on the convenient boot dryers before slipping into your house slippers and proceeding upstairs. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed while the “kids” room also has a queen plus a single; perfect for a family of five or two couples. The bathroom is full sized and also has a laundry center. Enjoy all Sunday River has to offer with this beautiful ski in/out, first floor condo. The condo is located on mountain between Barker and White Cap Lodges. You can ski in/out using Roadrunner trail, which is right across the parking lot. There is plenty of parking and the condo is located in Building 2, which is closest to the common lodge area with a fireplace, poll, hot tub and sauna access. This cozy retreat features 2 full beds and 1 bunk bed, perfect for a small family or group of guests. This is a two floor condo with the bedroom on the first floor and the living room, kitchen, and bathroom on the second floor. The couch does not have a pull out couch, but could easily sleep an additional person as it is a large sectional with a chaise lounge. The condo is fully furnished with sheets, towels, bedding and games. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave and Keurig coffee maker - no dishwasher. There are two decks, one off the living room on the second floor, and one off the bedroom on the first floor. We note that this condo is not suitable for small children due to the fact that the living room is raised from the kitchen with a landing and 2 steps, and the bedrooms are downstairs (you can see this in the photos). You're welcome to bring your small children to stay at the condo, but we want you to be aware of the safety hazard this may pose for them.
