The home has central air throughout.The main level opens to an 2 level, over-sized deck outfitted with a gas grill, outdoor dining and seating areas and a salt system above ground pool with deck off the house for a dip after a day at the beach or your adventures. PLEASE NOTE: The pool depth is less than 4 ft. There is no diving or jumping allowed. No children under the age of 18 are allowed in the pool or on the deck area without an adult present at all times. All guests swim at their own risk. A U.S. Coast Guard approved Life Ring is directly located on the deck by the pool and is NOT to be USED unless case of emergency. The deck gate must remained lock at all times.The main level has two bedrooms with queen size beds and plenty of storage, beautifully furnished and tastefully appointed. There is also a full bath. The lower level features two more spacious bedrooms, plus a second full bathroom with a walk in shower, toilet and vanity. The lower level includes a full laundry room for your use.
