There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor all with king beds and 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor both have 2 twin beds great for kids or adults. Comes with 4 beach passes as well. The house is on a corner that overlooks the bay area that comes in from the ocean. For the additional sleepers we have 2 queen air beds. We do supply linens and towels. W e do ask for 7 day rentals Sat-Sat during July and August months. Our home is owner operated and we pay very close attention to all the details. This home is a Magnificent Villa on the Manasquan Beachfront. Three bedrooms sleeps six and two more on the pull out sofa sleeper if needed. We can also provide a blow-up queen mattress if needed. This is the top floor of a two family home. Soundproofed the floors when we built our home, first floor is owner occupied so guarantee no disturbance.. Heated bath towels, Marble Italian tiled and wood floors in all bedrooms. Spacious bedrooms. Trundle twin beds in two bedrooms plus a pullout sofa sleeper in living room. Our Living room and balcony deck overlooks the ocean. Guest acknowledges that linens are not provided. Guests should bring sheets, pillow cases, blankets and towels.Take Garbage and Recycling out upon checkout. Recycling must be separated as specified in online agreement.
