The house is located on 20 acres , It's is only 9 minutes to Fanning Springs , 16 minutes to Manatee Springs, 30 minutes to Ginnie Springs , 7 minutes to the Suwannee River Trail and 30 minutes to Cedar Key , clean and a fair price . Everything that you would need will be at your grasp.
