Bear Necessities is a four bedroom, 2 full-bathroom and 2 half-bathroom lake house on an amazing part of Lake Hartwell - located in a cozy neighborhood at the tip of the peninsula so, the water views are spectacular. The house is set up on two levels, the main level has a kitchen that opens up to an open living and dining room area with sliding doors onto the rocking chair porch with great lake views and a gas grill. The master bedroom is on the main level with an ensuite bathroom with a private sink & toilet. Bedroom #2 on the main has a king bed that can be converted to two twins upon request. This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with private sink & toilet. Both bathrooms also have doors that lead to a shared jack and jill shower room situated between the two bathrooms. Downstairs has bedroom #3 with a queen bed. Just outside the door is a private half bath with a door that leads to another jack and jill tub and shower room. Bedroom #4 is a bunk room featuring two sets of bunk beds (4 beds total) - perfect for kids!
