The two standalone chairs fold out into individual twin-size beds. The unit is part of a multi-level condominium complex that was recently updated with a modern exterior. Parking is on the street side of the complex and is limited to those with a parking permit (which will be waiting for you inside upon arrival). There are a few shallow exterior steps down from the parking lot to the ground level where the unit is accessed, about a 30-second walk. If you have extra cars in your group, or if you arrive too late to secure a space, we will provide an overnight permit to park in the Town of Dillon lot, which is half a mile away (a 15-minute walk up/down a hill that may be icy in the winter).Other things to noteWe do not allow bookings for longer than 29 consecutive nights. For bookings longer than 7 nights, our hospitality team will perform a full cleaning after every 7-day period. This ensures your stay remains comfortable and the property is maintained to the high standards our guests expect. These cleanings include fresh towels, replenished toilet paper, and a fully made bed with clean linens.
