New construction 320 sq ft tiny house in quiet community with lake access from community boat launch or from Walling Bend Park, just 5 minutes away. House includes fully stocked kitchenette with 2-burner induction cooktop, multi-function microwave, refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker. The 55" smart tv will keep you in touch and the quiet HVAC will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The propane Weber grill is easy to access on the large outside deck. You can enjoy stargazing while roasting marshmallows over the firepit. There is ample parking for your boat. The lake can be accessed by foot at the rear of the property for fishing or swimming.Please note that during 2024 there will be periodic construction on our house at the back of the property, about 50 yards away. Welcome to LAKE TIME! We have a Great place to be when you want to come to Lake Whitney. It is only a block from the new Whitney Ridge Marina!! This property has two bed rooms (Queen) & ( King) two full baths open floor concept where the living room flows to the kitchen and the rooms are on opposite ends of the house, and yes that is because it is a single wide trailer on the outside. Yes we did not want to loose that vibe so we kept the tail lights and the hitch on the front. The interior has been updated to look more like a home with vaulted ceilings and wood floors through out . We also have plenty of room for you to enjoy the out doors around the place with corn hole boards, outdoor living with a fire pit on one side, and a concrete covered patio with picnic table and a Blackstone griddle . Also have plenty of room for boat parking.
