This cozy home is pet friendly, family friendly, 15 minutes from George Bush Intercontinental airport, less than a mile from Wal-Mart, in a cute HOA protected community. The kitchen is equipped and ready, no need to eat out every night. Two full beds and twin bunk beds, open and spacious living area. No parties or events allowed.The spaceOur home is setup to *comfortably* house six people - not to squeeze them into every available inch. Beds for six people, living room seating (and throw blankets!!) for six, dining room seating for six, outdoor seating for six. The entire, full sized refrigerator is available for your use. The sink has a separate spigot for filtered water. We have dishes and silverware for both adults and children, plus some outdoor dishes if you want to use the grill, cooking supplies, baking supplies, a Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher (or dishsoap and a drying rack if that's easier). There is a TV in the kitchen with both an antennae connection and a Firestick. The living room has a Roku smart TV, both smaller bedrooms have Roku smart TVs and the master bedroom has a TV and Roku.Guest accessWe've got a coded lock on the front, and you should have your personal code emailed to you the day before check-in. Please contact us right away if you don't have a code the day of check-in.We have a private driveway, and there is some street parking available if necessary.
