My apartment is a little slice of heaven! It is literally only a few steps to the beach! The bedroom & living room both have gorgeous views & open up to the porch. The porch has a counter running its entire length where we eat most of our meals listening to the ebb and flow of the tide & watching the waves crash, the pelicans dive for fish, & the iguanas climb the palm trees. We marvel at the occaisional surfers & kiteboard & wind surfers as the fly over the waves. At night the moon shines on the water creating a liquid silver effect which is stunning! It is located on the 2nd floor of a small 3 floor building & is very private. There is 1 master bedroom however 6 to 7 people can easily sleep very comfortably in both the loft/entrance area & on the huge U shaped living room couch. There are 2 large smart TVs with sound bars, 2 bikes/helmets/air pumps, lots of beach chairs & beach towels, & a fully equipped kitchen.The entire apartment is yours during your stay. There is a pool for the beach village members that you will have access to that is a 2 minute walk from your door. The Palmas Del Mar Resort is a gated community where many successful Puerto Ricans live or have a weekend place, where many people from the states choose to live & retire or work remotely & where many tourists come to relax and explore the beautiful island. The resort has several restaurants, a grocery store, 2 golf courses, a tennis center, a fitness center, a country club, many pools (one of which you'll have a key to) & a beautiful beach! If you prefer staying in, the villa comes equipped with everything you may need to make it your home away from home.The tranquil feeling of Palmas del Mar is truly unique, and we can't wait for you to experience Bedroom:The master bedroom has a king size bed with a flat screen Smart TV on the wall for streaming and/or cable tv which comes with the unit. The large windows allow for a gorgeous view of the golf course. There's a door that leads to the balcony from the master bedroom which is really convenient! There is a good sized closet for hanging up clothes or storing belongings. Inside the closet, there will also be an Iron, ironing board, and a baby crib(pack and play along with mattress) available for your convenience.Other Sleeping options:Besides the king size bed in the main bedroom, the unit’s sofa converts into a full size pull out sofa bed. There is an additional very comfortable futon located in the loft, the upper level (entrance area), that can be use as a bed as well. Please note that the air conditioner does not service the loft, but a fan is provided if needed.Living Room:When the sofa is not being used to sleep, you find yourself in a very cozy and comfortable area with a second flat screen Smart TV equipped with cable. The unit also has WiFi for any internet needs. There is a beautiful view of the golf course out of the living room window and a side door that leads to the balcony.Kitchen:Equipped with all appliances, the kitchen comes with everything you need to dine in. There is an electric stove, refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a microwave. We have a dinner table with four chairs for your use. All dishes, glassware, silverware, and cookware are included.Bathroom:The unit comes with 1 full bathroom complete with towels and hairdryer. The main bathroom with shower is located on the lower level of the unit. Utility Room:On the upper level (entrance area) you will find the laundry room with the beach gear and umbrella for your use. The washer and dryer are for the cleaning team use, but can be used by guest if they are operational. (Note: Laundry detergent is NOT provided for guests due to any possible allergic ingredients that any specific detergent may have). Balcony Area:It's the most popular area of the unit! The balcony has a table with four chairs where you can sit and watch players play a hole on the golf course or stare out to beautiful mountain view while enjoying your tropical drinks! (Catching the morning sunrise with a good cup of coffee is highly recommended!)Access to the pool:Guests who stay at the unit have access to the Beach Village pool which is right next to the building. It is a private pool that requires a wristband key for entry and this will be provided. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler are available for your use when you'd like to spend the day at the beach. There is also a puddle jumper and a toddler life vest in the case you're bringing small children.When you're ready to go, all you have to do is go down the stairs and the beach is right across the street or turn right to walk directly to the pool. It doesn't get any more convenient than that! There is tons to do at Palmas.
