Mia madre è stata colpita dall'eccellente servizio fornito dal personale dal portiere al divano di fronte alle tende di Makan Cafe.
Il nostro pranzo era delizioso.Personalmente, mi congratulo con un personale amichevole e utile, in stazione a Makan Cafe, En Syarifuddin, che ha pazientemente raccomandato a mia madre e a me i tipi di cibo nel menu.
Ci divertivamo molto, il posto era bello e il tempo era leggero.
Speriamo di visitare di nuovo presto

We had a great stay at this hotel, and I would especially recommend it for families with kids. The facilities are well-suited for children, and the overall atmosphere is very family-friendly. The restaurants serve delicious food with a good variety of options, and the rooms are clean & comfortable.
However, one thing to keep in mind is the location. While it’s a great place to relax, it is quite far from the airport and also Georgetown, which might be a drawback if you’re planning to explore the city’s main tourist attractions. That said, if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with good food and a clean, family-friendly environment, this hotel is a great choice!

Almost perfect holiday at the Parkroyal Penang..
++ plus points:
1. room was spacious with fun pool amenities
2. beach view is beautiful during sunset
3. had interesting monkey visitors at our huge balcony
4. appreciative of the pleasant service in general from day houskeeping to F&B crew
Unfortunately with some glaring misses 😣
- - minus points:
1. checked in room at the evening, noted floor and day bed had lotsa sand particles. Night housekeeping came to rectify so late while we are eating in room meals and told us to then wait for next day housekeeping because it is near their knock off time😧😅
2. Reception made a mistake to actually charge my credit card for $400 deposit, instead of holding the deposit 😏. Was informed during checkout to wait for 2 weeks refund. 😩
3. breakfast selection could have been better in view that it is a 5🌟hotel. New food at buffet line could have been replaced earlier, when finished.

The room that I stayed in at was absolutely breathtaking. It was spacious, elegantly decorated, and had a stunning view of the sea .The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was luxurious with a large bathtub and a rain shower. I felt like a pampered guest throughout my stay, thanks to the thoughtful amenities provided in the room.

The cup provided in the restaurant at Bay View Beach Hotel showed clear signs of being unsuitable for use. The interior surface displayed visible crack lines, which not only compromised its appearance but also raised hygiene concerns. These cracks could potentially harbor bacteria, posing a health risk to customers. The gym equipment at Bay View Beach Hotel was outdated and poorly maintained.

🌹L'addetto alla camera RUBEL è stato molto coscienzioso e premuroso durante i tre giorni in cui siamo rimasti, coordinando e risolvendo tempestivamente i problemi che abbiamo riscontrato. Sebbene non potessimo comunicare in una lingua, si è preso la briga di utilizzare un software di traduzione per comprendere tempestivamente le nostre esigenze. Pulisci sempre la stanza in modo tempestivo, mantienila ordinata e ordinata e tratta gli ospiti calorosamente per far sentire le persone a casa! Davvero complimenti!

Love the vibes of hotel. Suit for people who love calmness and quiet place. However my BAD experience that spoil the whole mood is when im been charge for late checkout without information of late check out ”rate”. Usually im staying at all hotel 5 stars at feringghi ( I already tried all 5 stars hotel at feringghi) even other than feringghi 5 stars hotel wont charge you 1hour for RM54 like lone pine. I BEEN CHARGE FOR RM 108 for 2 hours late checkout 12-2pm for marriot hotel. This is unacceptable.
I want highlight for service 4stars hotel like you doesnt allowed for late checkout at all must sharp at 12pm must prior inform to guest. I late checkout until 2pm because I do solat first at room. Usually receptionist will call at 12.30-1pm to inform about can or not late checkout and have rate. BUT FOR LONE PINE. DONT call and DONT give any information about late checkout. So I thought Its okay like others 4-5stars hotel and for hotel under ”MARRIOT”. I regret because not receive information about late checkout rate.
My advise is for people who usually familiar with 4-5stars sevice. This hotel doesn't provide those.reconsider for this hotel that dont allowed you checkout late than 12pm. Must sharp before 12pm. OTHERWISE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR RM54/HOUR.

Due camere con un solo alloggio, il divano della sala da soggiorno può essere fatto a letto, può vivere fino a sei persone.Il proprietario di alloggio informa i dettagli dell'alloggio per posta elettronica e può chiamare il proprietario quel giorno.Ordinerà il soggiorno e il parcheggio alla porta e porterà i dettagli della stanza. I like this place for everything,feel like stay at home ,the villa is clean and look news but the way to the villa its so far from the main road ,good view between the way ,if you have the car I think its more comfortable.

RRavindranNon mi è stato dato il tipo di camera che ho prenotato la prima notte. L'hotel non ha fornito acqua in bottiglia. Mi è stato detto di ottenere acqua dal frigorifero dell'acqua sul pavimento. La mia stanza era pulita e il personale era utile, ma dovevo chiedere più di una volta di base, come lo shampoo e il lavaggio del corpo, per ottenere.

Poiché non ha fatto un buon lavoro, non ha portato la testa di conversione, il guaio mi ha anche prestato un altro.Molto grazie!!

NNursazila AsikinYou have to pay an extra RM20 for one youngster to share a bed with the parents. My son is only four years old. No towel. The mattress is very spongy and not comfortable at all. It was noisy at night, and I heard something walk across the roof. Monkeys? Rats?? The owner was pleasant and attentive.

UUtente ospiteTra molti hotel OYO che ho usato, direi che sono meno soddisfatto di questo. Inizialmente dato una stanza che ha un problema con la porta. Dopo il cambiamento di stanza, la nuova stanza ha malfunzionamento con aria condizionata (lungo tempo per il freddo), danni alle porte igienici e anche trovato 2 asciugamani bagnati nel gabinetto. Capisco che ho preso l'hotel di bilancio, ma, andiamo, questo è kot la mia prima volta di utilizzare l'hotel di bilancio OYO.
Ma devo lodare il personale, molto calmo e professionale, che ha gestito la mia denuncia.
Spero che la gestione possa vedere questo argomento
