Stayed here for 2N as we were visiting the Tateyama Alpine route. Was clean, modern and rooms were quite spacious! We liked that toilets had both a shower and tub, also gave us kids amenity bag. Very near the Toyama station, just a 3min walk. Opposite was a mall and you could go there for meals and shopping. Staff were all friendly and we enjoyed our stay very much.

For the price paid, we were happy to have stayed here for the night. Room was nice and big and came with 2 breakfasts. As with most Japanese hotels, the personal amenities available are ample. Car parking lots were ample and located next to the hotel. We are thankful that we met an English speaking Bangladeshi staff, Rashid, who was of great help to us.

It is a well-located hotel located 2-3 minutes walk to Toyama Station. The distance you have to travel for a meal is also short because it is a restaurant nearby. However, I cannot have breakfast because I have to leave the hotel early in the morning for the Alpine Route trip, so it is a pity that all the accommodation plans provided by the hotel include breakfast.

It's an old hotel. But location still within 7-8 mins walk from JR Toyama Station. Infront Hotel have the City Tram station.
Hotel corridor was low and lighting was very dim.
Room are justifiable for single room.
The only problem was the bed mattress are too soft, when u sit on the bed, u can feel the mattress immediately pressed till the spring bottom of the mattress haha.
Hotel do provide refreshment machine for coffee (with bean blending) and soft drink at the ground floor.
Didn't expect my stay are come with the breakfast, unfortunately I only can enjoy 2 days among 4 days stay, due to headed out before the breakfast serving.
The breakfast have local Japanese n western variety too, located high floor with good view.

This hotel is a perfect place for our one day stay. And one of the best things at this hotel is a very generous number of amenities provided to guests - bath pads, body sponge, toothbrush kit, and many others. Even though the location is a bit far from Toyama JR station, it’s not hard to find, and it’s quite walkable from the station. The lady at the reception was super nice. She reminded us of what Japanese are really like. If I get a chance to visit his tower again in the future, I would definitely come back to this hotel.

最高でした！やはりお風呂後のアイスサービスが嬉しいですね。お風呂も気持ちよかったです。駅から結構歩くのと、人が多いことがネックですかね 平日に泊まりましたがお風呂も朝イチの朝食も混みがちでした。でもアイスサービスには勝てないですね。ベッド横にシンクがある不思議な間取りの部屋でしたが風呂上がりアイスには勝てません。またドーミーインに泊まりたいです。朝食のエビフライが立派で印象的でした。

Hotel is very near to Toyama station, just opposite the station. Hotel is rather old but seems renovated recently. Central air-con is very old with dated controls and not working well, so room gets very stuffy at night. Free drinks offered when we didn’t opt for daily room cleaning. QR code given to choose our drinks at a vending machine at the lobby. Don’t come to Toyama during Dec-Mar, as most attractions are closed for winter. Overall, a disappointment due to the faulty air-con and boring itinerary.

Fantastico
DDarcy. WWe had a wonderful stay in this new and clean hotel. The decorations are minimalist that gives a very comfortable feel. Every time we step into the lobby at level 5 we feel warm and welcome. The receptionists are all very friendly despite the language barrier.
The parking is connected to the drop off at level 5 hence it is very convenient. 24hrs parking is at 1300 yen. There seems to be cheaper options around but the premium is for convenience.
Our room is clean and bed is on the softer side. The onsen is clean and spacious.

WWHAI FUANGThe location of the Hotel is super strategic! Literally just next to the Detentsu Toyama Railway to the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route. If you are taking early timing of the cable car, staying at this hotel is the choice. Hotel is slightly at the older side, but it serves its purposes, the twin single bed room is big enuff for 2 person & 2 luggages. It is also surrounded by so many eateries and shopping mall. The Hotel is so strategic that you can take the Tour bus to Shirakawa as well as the Airport

UUtente ospiteI have such a great experience staying in Crown Plaza Hotel with my boyfriend a few days ago. The hotel location is very prime and convenient. It is just about 15min walk to Toyama Station where you can get anything. The staff is very helpful, kind, friendly and exceptionally well-trained. The lady from the front desk and the lady who helped us with the luggage are so friendly and helpful.
The facilities may be a bit old fashion there but the maintenance is really good. You can see how much care they put in maintaining this hotel. There's no dust lollll
We enjoy the buffet style breakfast very much as there is a wide variety of food. Both western style and Japanese style. Local produce are yummy and fresh and I would really love to stay there longer to enjoy my breakfast before heading to Tateyama.
They have a bar on the top floor which overlooks the whole city. Go there at night would be lovely and the interior design is classic (not old at all). We enjoy our stay in this hotel very much and recommend this to anyone who are visiting Toyama.

AADOPTfamilyOttimo. Sicuramente rimarrà quando tornerà. Delizioso pranzo e colazione con servizio attento. Grande esperienza in generale. L'hotel era confortevolmente caldo nonostante la neve durante il nostro soggiorno. Il personale ha anche pulito la neve sulla nostra macchina la mattina prima di partire. Molto gentile. JJasmineRoom is big and clean. Service was great. Only thing is it is located in the red light district. Its not dangerous or anything. But if you dont mind the surroundings, its good for value. Great restaurant around too
