"Walking distance (around 400m?) has 24hrs convenient store.
The room is very spacious.
Sadly I didn't manage to see Mt.Fuji from the room the day I went, but they do provide a Mountain View Room.
No issue with all the services.
No issue for those who cant speak Japanese, they can communicate in both English and Mandarin here.
For the bicycle rental price, it is 1000yen for 2hrs.
But do note that they didn't provide a private bathroom, it is a public bathroom (Not a concern for me, but for those who prefer a better privacy do note about this)
A lot of plugs in the room.

"Had an amazing time at Godere Hotel celebrating our wedding anniversary. The staff are super kind and respectful. The view from the glamping tent is amazing with a private onsen that overlooks lake Yamanaka and mount fuji. The staff made our experience really smooth and unforgettable and even offered to drive us to the bus stop when they figured we didn’t have a car. Will definitely be back again as soon as we could."

"首先説缺點吧，日本大叔對入住時間卡的非常死，我4.30到的也不讓入住，讓我先放行李出去看看景色😅。房間在三樓的話上廁所或者洗澡需要到一樓有點不方便。再説為什麼打5星，位置簡直太完美了，離車站很近，處在平野濱最好的位置上，陽台就正對着fuji，下樓走兩步就可以到湖邊，對於我這種攝影愛好者或者攝影師來説很完美。房間整體很乾凈，在這個價位住在這個位置上的單間值得給滿分。走之前跟他分享了拍到的照片，也非常熱情的道別了。如果你能接受以上缺點的話，那這真的十分值得住。"

"We choose a room with mountain view and soooo glad that the sky was clear during our stay, we able to catch the beautiful mt fuji from our room! the hotel beautifully located at lake yamanko and near to many restaurants & konbini.
It also near to halal food (for muslim traveller). love that they also have onsen and provide yukata for us to use. Theres also famous cafe located nearby overlooking the mt fuji!"

"Ho controllato un po' tardi la notte circa le 8:00, non c'è personale al servizio e ho aspettato mezz'ora, continuando a chiamare la campana ancora non c'è personale per aiutarmi a controllare. Tuttavia, il personale è carino e mi spiega le strutture, quindi non mi dispiace più. La camera è praticamente pulita e grande, c'è un bagno pubblico che è una nuova esperienza per me anche era pulita e grande, ma l'acqua da bagno è estremamente calda che non posso immergermi per secondi. La posizione è ideale per una passeggiata di 10 minuti al lago Yamanaka."

"施設の立地は周りにお店がないことを除けば基本的にいい立地なのでこのコスパは高いと思いました。
中国人団体客が多くいらっしゃってロビーは時間によってはかなり賑やか、、ただ廊下がうるさいと感じるようなことはありませんでした。
温泉がありますが内湯と露天の１つずつです。お部屋は綺麗ですが枕元に電源がないので延長コードがある方が便利です。
ドコモの電波でもほぼ電波が無いというか弱く、WiFiもなくは無いですがかなり弱いと言えます。デジタルデトックスできると思える方にはお勧めです。
スタッフはとても親切ですが外国人でした。残念だったのはHP等にもプールが夏季営業しているとあったのですが、今年はやってないということで利用できませんでした。
浮き輪など持って行ったので悲しかったです。ビールは販売されていましたが800円もしたので外から買ってくるのをおすすめします。"

"Отличный отель. В номерах есть туалеты, но ванная комната на этаже общая, отдельно мужская и отдельно женская. В ванной комнате есть купальня и душ, а также дополнительный туалет.
В нашем номере была «традиционная» часть с татами, но спали мы на обычных кроватях. Из окна видно Фудзи во всем великолепии. На фотографиях может показаться, что гора далеко и ее приходится выглядывать, но в действительности она близко и вы можете ощутить её величие не выходя из номера (не во всех номерах есть вид на гору, но я настоятельно рекомендую брать именно их). Проснуться и увидеть перед глазами это великолепие — обязательный опыт.
Рядом есть Lawson и общественные купальни benfuji что-то такое… Там можно очень хорошо отдохнуть и купить сувениров с Фудзи (в отеле они тоже есть).
Владельцы отеля очень приятные и вежливые люди! Всегда помогут, если возникнут вопросы. Утром вам подадут красивейший традиционный завтрак.
Потрясающий опыт! Особенно учитывая то, что мы были единственными посетителями отеля в тот день. Спасибо!"

The area is secluded, the place is very private. For someone who doesn’t like crowded places and love peace and quiet, this place is for you. Plus it has a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji. It just so sad we only stayed 3days and 2nights, we checked-in late on our first day when Mt. Fuji showed up. We were busy looking for a place to eat since the hotel restaurant was already fully booked for dinner. The next day it rained and Mt. Fuji doesn’t show up until the day we left 😞
I suggest booking early if you want to eat dinner at the hotel since the nearest restaurant is already at the foot of the mountain which is 5-10minutes by car, and around 20-30minutes walk. The hotel provides free shuttle going down until 5:30pm only while until 8:00pm for picking up on yamanakako bus stop. For someone who loves to walk while enjoying the view, it really doesn’t matter but it tends to be dark and might be dangerous to walk at night time since it’s in the mountain side.
Overall, I love the location, you won’t actually want to go out when you are in this resort. It has everything you need except hair conditioner 😅

The staffs are really friendly and easy to talk with. All our requests were granted except booking dinner on our first night since we arrived late, though, the staff is very helpful to give us recommendations where to eat and helping us to book a shuttle. On the day of our check-out, the staff didn’t understand that we reserved the shuttle later that day to go out on the bus stop, but he immediately resolved it without arguing.
Amenities 10/10
Amenities is complete but we haven’t used that since some of our members have tattoos and cannot use the sauna and onsen. While some of us are reserved and not used to being naked on the open 😂
Anyway, the rooms are spacious and we had a comfortable stay. We would definitely book this hotel again when we want to stay on a place with the view of Mt. Fuji. And we would love to recommend this place to our friends.

UUtente ospiteWe loved our stay! The hotel featured amazing views of Mt Fuji and was nestled right next to a forest, creating a very peaceful setting for a romantic weekend. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, both of which were quite delicious! We also were able to try some new foods that we’d never have tried otherwise. The rooms were a good size with a modern bathroom and a more traditional bedroom area. The outdoor patio had a great soaking tub, which we enjoyed while looking at Mt. Fuji during sunset. The rooms also came equipped with traditional shoes and clothing, which was a very nice cultural touch. Lastly, I wanted to say that service was great and we loved Grace, who was so welcoming and who made the experience that much better.

Pphtan68So far this is the most expansive room I booked, come with front view of Mt Fuji, room 412. However the Mt Fuji view did not command the price tag because unless you stay in for the whole day to enjoy the view of Mt Fuji. View of Mt Fuji can enjoy from all angle. Best of the hotel is the coffee serve which is the best so far, among dozen of hotels. The welcome drink of soft drink also last till 7pm, which is shorter that most of other hotel. May be I am biased, where the hotel have multiple accolades from Rakuten Travel, catering to a lot of local Japanese clients. The public bath also not great, where I have experience much better and real onsen at Ariman Onsen area. Area of improvement: 1. In the level one inner bath, there is a cover for the exhaust fan and is not mounted back after maintenance. 2. At the fifth level bath, there is one washing cubicle just besides the bath with no cover to prevent the person showering water into the bath.

SSharilAzri85Location is the plus point for this hotel. Other than that it has on site Onsen. Rooms a bit old style so does the toilet without the techy toilet bowl. Just a sachet of green tea available inside the room. Not going to elaborate much as it just a quick stop alone and I’m just looking for the cheapest available on Kawaguchiko. Best part is, even from the parking spot, u can see the majestic Fuji-san.

UUtente ospiteLovely property in a great location. You’re slightly more off of the beaten track but the tourist bus stop is right out front of the hotel. Great being right by the lake. Amazing room, massive for just me. There’s no shower in the room just a toilet but the onsen was lovely and you can shower in there. Older property also be aware those with accessibility needs the hotel is up quite a steep slope/numerous stairs and then when inside there’s no lift so I had to carry my luggage up and anyone with mobility issues would struggle as I believe all the rooms are on the first floor and that’s after tackling the way up to the hotel. Staff were lovely, can’t comment on dinner or breakfast but a great traditional ryokan stay.

NNaqueyaFor some reason I was not sent a QR Code to my email to check in. I was sent a pin number which was not necessary or utilized. We arrived at the villa several hours early and called to see if we could check in early, they apparently have a strict after 3pm check-in. We found a place and paid to store our luggage and then came back to the villa at 3pm. Again, still had not received the QR Code. Called again, was hung up on. Called back, was told it would take 10 minutes. Called back and was asked for my email, was put on hold then was asked for my email again (which was already provided at booking).
Then was asked to send them an email, they didn't get it and then was asked to send to personal icloud email. They finally found my email and sent the QR Code to me at close to 4pm which was an hour after check-in and we had to stand out in the sun the entire time. This was so frustrating and ridiculous. My email address was in the reservation, why it took so long is crazy. The process needs to be updated so this doesn't happen to other people.
There was a huge spider above the TV in the corner, we got rid of it but it was creepy.
The view from the villa was great!
The beds were nice!
Loved the double showers! The body sponges are so clever and left our skin feeling smoothe!
The clothes drying was very innovative and did work effectively, needed to turn the heater on twice to get the clothes dry.
Towel rack on the wall was broken on the right side, the rod wouldn't stay in.
The one pot in the kitchen was burnt on the bottom inside, we tried to clean it to use it but could not. We did use the grill to make dinner and it was a wonderful touch!

OOnsiriHotel di stile giapponese. Un po' vecchio e antiquato, ma penso che sia affascinante con Tatami, futon e giapponese come dorme Doraemon.
Se arrivate alla stazione dopo le 3:00 potete chiamare l'hotel per il servizio di pick-up gratuito, solo 10-15 minuti poi ci sono.
Abbiamo una stanza al 10° piano, a pochi passi dall'edificio principale alla nostra stanza, ma è buono, vista grande di Fuji e lago.
La stanza era bella in stile giapponese come ho mai letto in manga.
Il nostro tasso era incluso il colazione e la cena. Poi hanno organizzato per voi come preferite. Buona cibo e super buon servizio! Anche parlano solo il 99% giapponese, ma il servizio è straordinario.
Non perdere anche l'ascia, esperienza di fare un bagno con una vista.
Hanno anche servizio di navetta alla stazione di treno, solo chiedere la ricezione, gratuitamente.

SSor Yi MingPlace is close to ropeway bus stop. however, it can be a challange to carry your luggage up the hill slope which is share with cars and visitors to the ropeway.
smoking room doesnt smell smoky as they provide purifier.. but the hallway lead to the room are very smoky in smell. just has to bare with it.
once enter, required to change show for their slippers, proceed to check in, there are foreign staffs that can speak some english to help with check in
if you check in between 3 to 5pm, there are free flow of snacks (popcorns, meatbun, mugi cha) and alcohols ( lemon sour and asahi beer)
once check in u can go for onsen to relax. not mandate to wear yukata. but feel free to do so for the immersion.
the room is dated, like stuck in the 90s or early 2000s. toilet is seperate from bath.. frankly speaking its better to bath at the onsen if you dont mind ***** infront of strangers n stared by japanese guests to see if u make any mistake ( they want you to be clean in every nook and cany) as they are in the onsen
has sauna but quite small. hover 82 degree c
has old school water spray jet which u need to control manually on all 3 sides.. good luck to do it fast during cold days.
basic amendities at the onsen area.. just hair dryer, fan and thats all
bed n pillow quite soft... pillow are small but u can get more from reception.
great view of the lake from hotel room and dining area.
breakfast is ok. everyday similar menu.. buffet style breakfast.. fish, asa curry, breads, minced marinated sashimi don, corn soup and miso soups. free flow coffee, soft drinks and limited selection of fruits.
dinner is ok, buffet style but 90 min.. need to info counter what is your prefered time slot. i recommend choose dinner... cuase it is quite a distance to the bus station for food.. and the queue are horrendous but the food are nice there tho, u can even admire mt fuji.
heard the dinner theme is based on months or seasons.
