"新開不到一年，大堂很明亮，房間很安靜，不管是前台、餐廳還是其他工作人員態度都不錯，早餐還可以，機器人送東西上門，衹能刷卡上來和到洗衣房的樓層，能不能去其他樓層不知道，相對安全一點，門口有便利店，對面馬路一邊是高鐵站一邊有燒烤店，吃的話附近沒什麼，最好玩的時候吃完再回來。
高鐵站出來就能看到酒店名字了，走路來對帶寶寶車行李多的人不友好，可以提前聯繫酒店的接送服務或者打車到酒店，我就是走到地下通道發現衹能走樓梯才聯繫酒店沒聯繫上，後來有兩個好心人幫忙搬東西的。前台有小零食和牛奶，每天都問他們拿一瓶純牛奶給孩子喝，省去了帶牛奶的重量。"

前台服務好熱情，説話都很温柔，小哥哥小姐姐都會很及時的為我解決問題，忙完工作想去放鬆一下，前台都會很有耐心的為我推薦遊玩的地方，還有附近好吃的美食，有免費的送洗衣服服務，烘乾之後阿姨還會很貼心的疊好幫我送到房間，國慶期間忙碌的工作都沒讓前台服務質量下降，這點真的很驚喜。
早餐好吃，粉面都一級棒，種類也多，菜品也特別新鮮。房間很舒適，沒啥可以挑剔的。客房阿姨晚上會給開夜床服務，真的很貼心
酒店交通也特別便利，打車去岳陽樓也就20分鐘，旁邊就是芒果時代商場，也有很多美食，離市中心也不遠，出行很方便。

UUtente ospiteThis is a great hotel where I stayed when I visited Linxiang city from October 11, 2024 to October 2024. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The location is convenient in the center of the city. There is a nice restaurant inside the hotel with delicious food. The breakfast provided in the hotel was great. There are many other restaurants close to the hotel too. There were many activities around including yearly fishing competition when I was there.
Most importantly, the hotel provides free laundry which is something rarely provided by any other hotels in China and USA.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel era in generale pulito. Le camere erano piuttosto tranquille, il lato inferiore è i sensori di movimento per il bagno. La notte è molto luminoso quando le luci si accende. Ho soggiornato per due notti, in due occasioni separate. La seconda volta, il piano della stanza era sporco, non credo che fosse stato mosso o vuoto, la stanza non era pronta. Wifi è anche un problema per me, non potevo collegarla sul mio telefono, mi è stato detto che la maggior parte dei ppl non aveva problemi di collegamento.
La posizione è molto vicina alla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità, per questo l'ho scelta. In generale, è stato un buon soggiorno.

Like the other rooms, this one is so clean and comfortable. The big bed fit for three of us! It would be better if the lamp in the bathroom brighter, it’s hard to do our makeup there.

The room was big and clean but check in was a hassle. The receptionist didn't know how to register foreign travelers and I helped her to complete the digital form. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.
