Took us a while to find the hotel as it is deeper inside the town. Once we were there, we realised that we were on the main street, where there is a lot of food and buzz around. Room is big, with a huge bathtub for a few people using hot spring water. Price is reasonable. Many hotels are nearby, with Jiaoxi public foot bath and night market a few steps away. KFC, Mos Burger, bubble tea etc... There is a famous bakery opposite selling delicious bread all day. Tried the famous 三星葱. Nice town to be in...will consider coming back again.

Molto vicino alla stazione a 10 minuti a piedi. È possibile cambiare un buono per cibo fresco cucinato utilizzando la primavera calda proprio accanto all'ingresso dell'hotel, ma si chiude con 8PM per assicurarsi di accedere fino a allora. La camera dell'hotel è spaziosa e pulita! Grande prezzo per la stanza! La colazione è decente e sufficiente.

旅館位於礁溪客運站附近，從台北往返旅館毋須自行開車，可從台北市政府轉運站搭乘客運，約一小時車程即可直達礁溪，交通算是相當便利。旅館內的房間及浴室空間寬敞舒適，可以讓人盡情放鬆、享受泡溫泉的樂趣。旅館準備的晚餐為多道式料理，每一道份量雖不多但整體而言還算精緻美味，尤其是早餐選項裡的中式海鮮粥，料好實在、吃得到完整的螃蟹肉，非常值得推薦。

看評論寫床很舒服，服務人員態度很好就訂了，入住才發現這是一間香客飯店，當天好像有兩團進香團，飯店年紀有點大，所以設施也都是有年紀的，但基本上環境算乾淨，浴缸是非常一般的浴缸，有泡澡，但真的感覺不出是溫泉🤔，一個小冰箱，冷凍還有留著不知多久前客人的包子😔，早餐有簡易的清粥小菜，吐司，咖啡，紅茶，豆漿，非常簡易，昨晚走到熱鬧的大路上發現很多溫泉飯店也都不錯，查詢一下價錢沒有比紘冠貴，下次會去別家😅，統整～床雖然不是獨立筒但軟硬適中，服務人員服務很好，入住當天幫我們升級四人房（原本訂三人），有溫泉池（家庭式）要預約，9.10點約滿就放棄。

Grande posto per la famiglia con bambini piccoli con un campo da gioco e piccoli veicoli elettrici per il prestito da giocare sulla pista. Ci sono anche giochi di commutazione come Mario Kart per il prestito per bambini leggermente più anziani. C'è anche una piccola attività/quest da completare durante il soggiorno per ottenere un piccolo regalo in cambio.

Mi piaceva la colazione diffusa - opzioni molto piccoli da carne di bovino in stile giapponese, frutta fresca, curry, uova in molti modi (soft cottura, scrambled, ecc.), congee. Gli spazi per lavorare erano confortevoli e il WiFi era molto stabile e veloce. Ci sono grandi strutture disponibili dalla piscina e giornata di fitness, così come complimentare Happy Hour / snacks / caffè e bevande fluttuanti. Molto consiglia questo posto. Io rimarrei!

DdyhxConvenient location in Luodong city centre, walking distance to Luodong Night Market, Luodong Forestry Cultural Park with a supermarket and convenience stores nearby too. The hotel is on level 6 within a building with a few other accommodation chains and offices. There's a car park just opposite the building. I love the decor here, from the clean, sleek interior at reception to the rooms. There are instant coffee and tea bags, and hot/cold filtered water on tap available at the common area just in front of the reception that is open to all guests. They have just 18 rooms here, in varying room types, sizes and interior design but they all look great! I love the use of positive messages on coloured backgrounds for the doors. I had a corner room which was spacious and clean. Bed and pillow were a little softer than I would like but that's just personal preference. Basic amenities are provided and I love the open wardrobe concept too.
The staff here are amazing. So helpful, so friendly. I'm particularly impressed by the location map they've put together to share with guests on recommended food to try in the vicinity and mostly on point! For this price, it's super value for money.

The highlight for us was the tatami-style bed in the room. It’s low to the ground, which made it absolutely perfect for our toddler and 1-year-old. We didn’t have to worry about them rolling off the bed, and it even doubled as a safe, spacious play area during the day. The kids loved crawling and jumping around, and we parents could relax knowing they were safe.
The private hot spring in our room was the best part of the stay. After a long day of traveling and exploring, being able to soak in the hot spring was exactly what we needed. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for unwinding while the kids napped or played.
Orient Luxury Hotel in Jiaoxi is a fantastic choice for families, especially those with young kids. The tatami-style beds, private hot spring, and thoughtful service made our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a comfortable, family-friendly hotel in Yilan, this is definitely a great option.

The grandparents especially loved it—it was so convenient for them to enjoy the hot spring without having to leave the room. It really helped us recharge for the next day!
The breakfast buffet was great! There was a good mix of Western and local ********* dishes, and everything was fresh and delicious. The kids enjoyed the pancakes and fruit, while the grandparents appreciated the traditional congee and hot tea.

EEuniceWBefore we arrived, I emailed the hotel to require assistance from hotel to check for private charter car service for YiLan and the staff was very responsive and helpful.
Upon arrival, front desk staff was a little cold (unlike what people mentioned in the reviews). We were swiftly checked in and could go up to the room.
Hotel lobby is very cosy and welcoming, but the rooms are starting to look a little old with moulding and wear and tear. Very large, spacious and clean room. If I'm not wrong, the water to fill up the tub is not hot spring water but just normal tap/shower water. If you're looking for a hotel with with hot spring water, do take note.
Location of the hotel is great though. We were very near Jiaoxi bus transfer station and managed to walk to our hotel within 5 mins. There are restaurants and fast food, bar, and a shopping area nearby. Jiaoxi hot spring night market (only open on Sundays) is 4mins drive away and Yilan train station was 10mins on foot.
Breakfast service was great! Staff were quick to clear and set up tables without making us feel like we were being chased out. They were also very sweet. On our 3rd morning, we needed to leave to rush for our bus to Taoyuan, we were holding our luggages and they directed us to store our luggages with the front desk first. They saw that we were in a rush and told us that we could let them know if we're would like to take along some snacks or drink to accompany us on our trip. They even bid us good bye.
Check out process was smooth with an aloof staff. Felt like he couldn't be bothered.

UUtente anonimoIn primo luogo, questo è un hotel molto vecchio che ha visto giorni davvero migliori. Mentre mantenuto bene, ha conservato i mobili originali e la decorazione dagli anni '80 e 1990s. Rimanendo qui mi ricordava di quando ero bambino viaggiando con la mia famiglia nell'80s. La stanza reale non sembra niente come quello mostrato sul sito. I pavimenti duri significano che si dovrebbe indossare i loro pantaloni o portare i pantaloni della camera. L'acqua di primavera calda è solo tubi di acqua di primavera calda che entrano nel bagno. C'è un passo che emula il passo di spa caldo nel bagno.
Il colazione era buono con carne e uova ben prese che si possono mettere sopra il riso o il porridge.C'è anche latte di soia caldo.Ma non c'è tè caldo, solo caffè.Il personale sembra stanco, ma lavora duro.
C'era una signora di età più grande quando ci siamo accolti e lei era piuttosto brutta nel controllo in corso. Ad esempio: ”Se non mettete un numero qui, e lasciate le cose in hotel, li buttiamo via! Solo per dirvi prima.”
La camera era molto piccola o accogliente, a seconda della vostra prospettiva. L'unica cosa nuova era l'aria condizionata. La TV aveva tutte le impostazioni per canali, ma nessuno funzionava. Internet wifi non funzionava molto.
