"After staying for three consecutive nights, the final night turned out to be an extremely unpleasant experience. A group of loud and inconsiderate local women checked into the room next to mine. They were shouting and making noise late into the night, keeping me awake until 11:30 PM, and then woke me up again at 5 AM. I called the front desk twice to report the situation, and even walked to their door in my pajamas to record the noise they were making. I paid over RMB 1,450 for that night, yet I believe these guests, likely part of a tour group, probably paid very little—if anything at all. Situations like this shouldn't happen even in a well-managed budget hotel, let alone in a five-star, landmark hotel in Wuxi. If we say that guest behavior is beyond the hotel’s control, then what happened the next morning, on the day of my checkout, was even more baffling. The hotel changed its name overnight. The well-known management brand Hyatt officially parted ways with the hotel owner, and this hotel, once under a globally recognized brand, became a local one overnight. Staff morale was visibly low, and many seemed to face the uncertainty of possible unemployment, which clearly weighed on their minds. In the breakfast area, at the yogurt station, I couldn’t find a bowl to serve yogurt. I asked two different staff members for assistance, but both of them responded with blank expressions and said absolutely nothing to me. I felt completely ignored—even invisible. While I had only planned to report the disruptive guests, the indifference of the breakfast staff truly triggered my frustration. I immediately called to file a formal complaint. The hotel's Guest Experience Manager met with me in person, offered a sincere apology, and after learning more about the situation behind the scenes, I accepted the explanation and chose to forgive. As luck would have it, when I checked out, I ended up sharing the elevator with the same group of disruptive women. Their loud conversation inside the elevator sounded like a chorus of honking cars on a busy street. Instinctively, I raised my voice and shouted at them—and suddenly, the entire elevator went silent. Was it just a coincidence? I wasn’t angry anymore, but somehow, I felt vindicated. That’s the end of the story. I’m on the plane now, finally heading back to Sydney, Australia."

"Spacious room, with a large bathroom and good view on the 30th floor. However the drain didn’t seem to work properly as during most showers water seemed to overflow the floor. Some stains were on the sofa but not a real problem. Good service as they cleaned every day and even changed the bed sheets on request on the second day. Overall a good experience and will come back here if back in wuxi."

La stanza era una dimensione ragionevole - buona quantità di magazzinaggio e buon doccia - nessuna zona di seggiolino reale. In tutta una esperienza positiva - è quello che si descrive come - una camera aparthotel a buon prezzo - il Ritz non è e lo sviluppo non è ancora completamente finito e attrezzato (come gran parte di questa parte di Wuxi) Le parti che usate (a parte l'escalatore) sono buone. Ci sono un grande centro commerciale moderno circa 20-25 min passeggiata con cucina e ristoranti, supermercati, negozi ecc."

"春節聯歡晚會看到無錫分會場，沒想到無錫也很有江南風韻，這次特地帶家人來無錫逛逛，經朋友推薦選擇了盪口古鎮，這裏商業化開發不嚴重，小橋流水，有生活氣息，景點也多，值得一逛。入住的這家酒店就在盪口古鎮斜對面，空間比較有特色，酒店很安靜周邊風景也不錯，第二天的早餐也可口美味，吃起來就能感覺品質很好的那種，還有牛肉麪吃，房價不高很合適，沒去市中心避開人流住盪口古鎮很正確，家人都很滿意，第二天果斷續住。"

"I had a wonderful stay at Atour! The hotel is beautifully designed, with the lobby located on the 36th floor offering stunning panoramic views. The service was top-notch—every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and attentive. My room was spotless and very comfortable. The hotel also offers several patio areas that are perfect for casual business meetings or just relaxing with a view. One of the thoughtful touches I really appreciated was the complimentary night snack—guests can enjoy porridge or dumplings in the evening, which adds a cozy, homely feel to the stay. Plus, all the snacks in the minibar are free, which was a pleasant surprise. While the gym is a bit small, it’s well-equipped and more than adequate for a good workout. The location is extremely convenient—just a short walk from the subway and directly connected to a mall with plenty of eateries and shops nearby. If I had to mention one minor downside, it would be the occasional low hum from the elevator, but it was subtle and didn’t affect my sleep or overall experience. Overall, Atour exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to both business and leisure travelers!"

L'hotel organizza probabilmente convenzioni/sessioni e alla fine, l'ospite deve soffrire di cacciare un parcheggio (sono stato solo a sapere che c'era un altro parcheggio quando sono andato fuori, per favore, il 2 parcheggio dovrebbe essere collegato in qualche modo o meglio informazioni sulla Parcheggio 2."

Le due signore che lavoravano lì erano calde e attenti! Ho anche fatto un C Americano arancione, che mi ha sollevato gli spiriti. La colazione era abbondante, e i lingotti della zuppa Wuxi erano molto popolari. Il caffè era disponibile anche per andare. Sono ansioso di tornare di nuovo!"
