The tv had a great mix of foreign and Chinese shows. The shower was amazing as well. Tons of good places nearby to order from as well. Stellar for the money."

As a parent with a crawling baby, cleanliness is of utmost importance, and I was impressed by how well-maintained and spotless the hotel was. The rooms were tidy, and the hotel provided all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, hair dryers, toothpaste, and soap. I particularly loved the fact that our room had a balcony. It was a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. I appreciated the option to close the curtains and enjoy the balcony while our daughter slept peacefully inside. The hotel's location was convenient, with two nearby stations providing easy access to Shanghai. The staff even provided helpful directions and recommendations, such as the address of a nearby supermarket when we needed to buy supplies. Despite being a smaller hotel, the quality of service surpassed my expectations. The staff's ability to communicate in English was a definite advantage for us as foreigners, making our stay even more comfortable. In terms of dining, the food at the hotel was satisfactory, offering a regular Chinese menu. I particularly enjoyed their noodles, and the friendly service with a smile made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and helpful staff made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and friendly place to stay."

"Questa era la mia seconda permanenza all'Hyatt, e ancora una volta, non si disapprovavano! Ho fatto una prenotazione per caso e ho dovuto cancellare, ma il personale era così comprensivo e persino migliorato la nostra stanza. L'opzione di check-out tardiva è stata un bel bonus mio nipote e ho preso il nostro tempo e goduto di una mattina rilassante.L'hotel è in una posizione molto conveniente, con molti ristoranti e negozi grandi vicino. "This is my second visit to Wuxi and also I chose to stay here again as last time I really liked the room so much. The hotel is near to shopping mall and subway. The location is really good. The room is clean and big. There is also washing machine as well. Strongly recommended!"

"Check in counter service can be improved, but the concierge has been very helpful. This hotel has a boat ferry to and fro YuanTouZhu park where the famous cherry blossom bloom occurs late Mar-April. The hotel is also next to Li Yuan (famous for peach blossom) but it's a pity there seems to be no direct access - we had to walk out to the main road to enter Li Yuan . I suspect the hotel boat ferry can make a stop at Li Yuan's pier. View from our balcony attached."

"I had a wonderful stay at Atour! The hotel is beautifully designed, with the lobby located on the 36th floor offering stunning panoramic views. The service was top-notch—every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and attentive. My room was spotless and very comfortable. The hotel also offers several patio areas that are perfect for casual business meetings or just relaxing with a view. One of the thoughtful touches I really appreciated was the complimentary night snack—guests can enjoy porridge or dumplings in the evening, which adds a cozy, homely feel to the stay. Plus, all the snacks in the minibar are free, which was a pleasant surprise. While the gym is a bit small, it’s well-equipped and more than adequate for a good workout. The location is extremely convenient—just a short walk from the subway and directly connected to a mall with plenty of eateries and shops nearby. If I had to mention one minor downside, it would be the occasional low hum from the elevator, but it was subtle and didn’t affect my sleep or overall experience. Overall, Atour exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to both business and leisure travelers!"

Il biglietto gratuito per visitare il parco di ciliegie è stata una bella sorpresa inaspettata. Controlla e controlla senza difetti. Il mio posto di 3 stelle era in parcheggio, ho trascorso 15 minuti a trovare un posto vacante. L'hotel organizza probabilmente convenzioni/sessioni e alla fine, l'ospite deve soffrire di cacciare un parcheggio (sono stato solo a sapere che c'era un altro parcheggio quando sono andato fuori, per favore, il 2 parcheggio dovrebbe essere collegato in qualche modo o meglio informazioni sulla Parcheggio 2."
