"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The only issue we had was that the air-conditioning didn't work. We asked the hotel to fix it, but they just told us to wait an hour. Unfortunately, they didn't fix anything and the room was 27 degrees all night. We complained again at 4am and all they did was bring us a fan."

"They have nice Mongolian buildings around the corner. When we arrived there, we asked for a non-smoker room, yet the room stinks badly and there was a bug in the bed.
I asked the staff and they promptly changed the room. The new room was better but it still stinks a bit.
Breakfast is all Chinese foods and they taste good, but they’ve got good Mongolian milk tea and cakes as the best part of it.
Overall experience was good but could be better if the room smells better."

"從草原遊玩返回到烏蘭察布市區，從網上看着酒店很不錯，五星級，帶着孩子來了。周邊環境確實不錯，之前應該是住宿娛樂一體化建設，還有人工湖，很涼快。但是酒店真的太老了，辦理住院的一堆排隊，前台顯得很忙亂，一開始在E座一層，房間有點潮濕，很陰暗，前台幫忙換到D座6樓，又是一頓排隊。D座設施明顯不如E座，白色裝修風格，都顯得很老很舊，還看着不太乾淨。想想自己要換的還是暑假高峯期算了吧。浴缸是沒法用的，其他的設施更老，櫃子都爛了，看來平常也沒打維護。早餐還可以，提供了當地特色羊雜蒙古茶的。反正是已經沒落不維護的五星酒店，屬實不太搭了"

BBill FikeWe had a great stay here. The hostess and her family and staff were amazing; friendly, helpful. Our room in a yurt was very comfortable. There is a covered upstairs over the main office to sit and look out over the grasslands. There is a restaurant that serves very good local food and cold beer. The breakfast was healthy, delicious and filling. The entrance to the Volcano park is 300 or 400 meters away.
We hope to bring our friends and our family back for visits in the future.

SSofiaInPekWe stayed at the TARASUJISTARYARD as two families and we loved our time there. We stayed in a 2 bedroom capsule that was more than comfortable for our family. Everything is fully equipped and the view is idyllic. At night we had a lot of fun with fireworks and karaoke and we were quite sad that we had to leave so soon. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly friendly and welcoming and we felt like at home. We hope one day we can come back and we wish the hotel a prosperous business!

(Circa 4 ore da qui)... l'hotel è magnifico, ma, grandi, moderne camere e un grande colazione anche. Ho visto una tempesta di mezzanotte attraverso il grande piano per coprire le finestre.Una di quelle pietre di alto termine che trovi in Cina perché hanno i soldi per costruire posti come questo. Probabilmente non tornerò a Shangdu di nuovo (anche se rompe il viaggio del treno da Hohhot a Xanadu reale) ma se lo faccio, è una ovvia opzione di classe superiore, anche il personale carino, che mi ha aiutato con le mie prenotazioni del treno.

UUtente ospiteThe room was fairly comfortable and the service was really great. But we kept finding little beetles in our room which made me so itchy at night when sleeping. Also I don’t think they cleaned the floor because we found fake eyelashes and old contact lens on the bathroom floor which was very nasty. They have a washing machine available which was very convenient especially after spending a day in the volcanoes where it’s dusty and all our clothes were dirty. Breakfast was alright…typical inner Mongolian breakfast, nothing special. There’s actually no volcano view but it didn’t really matter much. We were on the second floor and it was nice to be up there. I wish they had better soundproofing windows because every night there’s fireworks and they were so loud and went on until midnight. With a young child, it was impossible to sleep early. Overall, the service was really great!

Quando arriva la sera, il fulmine si nasconde nella scena del vulcano. L'apertura della porta è una visione naturale aperta.
