住了26天，感覺像家的一家酒店—— 這是一條遲到的評價。其實我已經離開桃源一個禮拜了，但心裏總有件事兒想着要做，就是為星程及星程的工作人員寫一條好評，因為發自內心，由衷感謝，所以難忘於心懷。 作為一個桃源人，漂泊外鄉十餘載，回來時候感受到老家久違的寒冷，濕潤的寒風中略帶煙火，還是那個銀杏滿街，浪漫隨時可見的小城。倍感温馨的是，我運氣夠好，選擇了這樣一家同樣温馨，充滿温情的酒店。 「位置」酒店所處地段絕佳，位於縣中心的中心，去哪裡辦事都方便，酒店大門就對着縣教育局，想必很多教育相關單位來交流考察入駐的很多吧 「周邊」很方便，門口就有聞湘悦，吃飯吃粉吃缽子菜都有，營業時間也不侷限，門口還有鎖味超市，物品齊全，滿88元還能送貨到酒店門口。另外，因為處於縣中心繁華地段，購物買衣服之類都很便利 「裝修」裝修很新，設計得很舒適，無論公區，停車場還是房間內都一層不染，乾淨衞生，風格輕奢 「早餐」早餐種類比其他酒店要少一些，但貴在精緻，麪和粉都很好吃，每天變着花樣的小菜也甚是可口，足矣，何求？ 「配套」配套很齊全，可愛的機器人禮貌地穿梭在酒店內；洗衣房的洗衣機和烘乾機也是在外出行實用性很強的必備 「服務」這一點最贊，所以放到最後着重讚揚。酒店是一個殼，其靈魂在於人，有意思、有温度的人。星程的人，住了這麼多天，讓我記憶猶新。前台的幾個美女，小胡、小劉、燕子還有……抱歉，我走的時候倉促詢問了一下姓名，沒有完全對上號，不過每個人的笑臉都印在了心裏。而且直到走的時候我也不知道哪個是店長，她們還打趣的相互推諉，着實可愛，哈哈。不得不説隱藏的店長能力很強，把酒店管理得這麼好。客房的阿姨，尤其是陳阿姨最是貼心。阿姨除了會根據客人的習慣填補物資（比如阿姨看到我的茶具得知我愛喝茶，幫我填了好多瓶礦泉水，看到我的便利貼提醒阿姨幫我多放點棉簽，結果阿姨幫我放了一堆），還會幫忙洗烘衣物，每天回到酒店看到摺疊整齊的衣物，心裏那個暖呀，那個舒服啊，不像回家像什麼。 好的服務就像春風細雨，潤物無聲，不刻意，全是骨子裡流露出的真情實意，換位思考的彼此尊重，我以為只是最高級的服務，有些五星級酒店的服務看似很尊重，但痕跡過重，缺點味道，很慶幸我能在星程體驗到了心目中最高級的服務。感謝星程的工作人員26天的服務與陪伴，下次回桃源，我還會回這個家住住～再次感謝！
