"L'hotel che vive stasera dovrebbe essere il migliore e il più costoso del posto. L'atteggiamento di servizio è molto buono. Qualsiasi problema è stato risolto immediatamente.L'impianto hardware è un po'eccessivo, dicendo che è caldo, ma non c'è un senso di caldo. Il cameriere ha detto che i locali non mi piacevano troppo caldo, ma mi sento un po'scio, soprattutto quando cambiavo i vestiti per lavare.Il cappello è un cappello comune, non un cappello intelligente.In questo posto, il cappello congelato, il senso di sedere è ancora un po'specifico."

"這是我這次川西之行入住體驗不太理想的酒店之一，不滿意的地方有3個，一是停車場入口無標牌指示，酒店坐落在交叉路口，各個方向都有攝像頭，讓你不敢停車在酒店門口，好不容易找到一個停車地方，去酒店前台問停車場入口，告知側面50米處有個小門，掛着一個用草書寫的“石刻王國農貿市場”牌子，就是停車場入口，進去後要開到上面的壩子停車，前台還振振有詞的説，這個農貿市場跟酒店是一個老闆開發的，因而沒標明酒店停車場，汗，我一個外地人怎麼知道這些。二是停車場壩子跟酒店之間修建了一個漂亮的木製的觀景長廊，但是它是上坡梯坎路，上去就是酒店4樓了，在海拔4200多米的地方，拖着箱子揹着包爬梯坎進房間的滋味不好受呀，我訂房時專門考慮到要有電梯的，但若要坐電梯得從停車場高台往下走，從外面公路進酒店大堂，有點遠呢。三是酒店過道黑漆漆的，居然節電不開燈。"

"Pour nous c’était un hôtel d’étape donc nous avions une exigence seulement sur la propreté qui était très bien. Par contre c’est un très vieux hôtel où presque tout était à refaire. L’accueil était très gentil."

房間設施還比較新，特別是熱水，很給力。不過浴室門設計的有問題，關不嚴，淋雨的水就濺在外面。
酒店，不管是前台工作人員，還是保安小哥，都很熱情。努力為客人着想。"
