"A wonderful family resort to bring kids to with a huge indoor playroom that my kids went twice to. A short walk to the safari theme park next door with a variety of animals to feed. All staff were extremely friendly and proactively tries hard when you have a question or a request."

"Ottimo ufficio e struttura dell'hotel. Vire era meraviglioso e un prezzo equo per una stanza nei nuovi anni con buona vista e buono spazio. Piscina era bella e il personale era buono. I servizi SPA erano etichettati come permanentmente chiusi, che era deludente. Il cibo (buffet) nel ristorante Bene era povero. "Our stay at Atour was satisfactory in general. The room is spacious and generally clean. The hotel provided comfortable memory foam pillows, superior to regular hotel pillows, and a good, strong hairdryer. The service staff were friendly and helpful as well (A lady, 枚香, patiently helped us set up the fridge and introduced some attractions to us). Overall, there were no major issues, but as indoor smoking is allowed, the cigarette smoke from some guests create an unpleasant environment. Some other slight flaws were that there were mosquitoes in the hotel but thankfully, the rooms were generally clear of them. Also, the gym is a bit rundown but it’s still functional. Would recommend this place to friends and family as it was a comfortable stay and the hotel is conveniently located close to a large mall with a variety of shops and diverse food options!"

"I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. "Sono un viaggiatore di famiglia con 2 bambini. Rimase per 4d3n nella stanza della famiglia. In generale la pulizia della stanza è buona e la prova di buona isolamento è buona. Il letto è comodo e ha una piccola area di seggio per i bambini a riposare.
