果然沒有失望，衹有超出所望。
專門給小盆友準備的小童用品套餐，給了我驚喜，小盆友也很喜歡。洗衣房，洗烘一體，給帶小孩出行來説，很方便實用。
優範的服務，真不錯，前台接待，服務員大姐，都很熱情友好，分寸拿捏剛剛好，不會顯得刻意，卻又讓人覺得賓至如歸。
酒店位置、環境俱佳，視野開闊。樓下萬象城，沃爾瑪，購物逛街，不要太方便。
離窯埠古鎮，柳江夜遊，博物館，馬鞍山等柳州代表性景點和打卡地都很近，停車免費，車位也很充足。"

Il servizio dell'hotel è buono e la colazione è buona.Non abbiamo prenotato una stanza di scena di Chen. Quando siamo stati decisamente aggiornati, vale la pena.Guardare questa scena di Chen vale la pena.
Anche se la piscina è molto piccola, anche l'acqua è scaricata e la foto è molto estremamente visibile.Ci sono bar con giardinaggio, lavanderia e parco infantile. Le strutture non sono grandi ma sono completamente perfezionate.
Prendere una piccola suggerimento, spero che la stanza possa essere dotata di una tazza di vino 🍸, in particolare la stanza sceneggiatrice, e la stanza con un 🛁 è meglio con un tappo e un tappo di biancheria unica."

"Non un grande hotel. Non mi fermerò qui a meno che non debba essere in questa posizione precisa (ma ci sono altri hotel vicino). LOCALIZZAZIONE. Non molto da fare nel quartiere, tranne per alcuni club notturni. Sorprendentemente pochi ristoranti. SERVIZIO. Nessuno al divano di fronte quando sono arrivato alle 8:30. Concierge mi ha detto che c'era solo un ricevitore, ma che era stata tenuta in qualche posto. Ho dovuto aspettare cinque minuti. Dopo aver completato la registrazione, la ricevitrice dimenticava di darmi la chiave della stanza, affermando che me l'aveva già dato (la aveva lasciata alla macchina di copia quando ha copiato il mio passaporto). L'hotel è stato creato inviando gratis al mio ufficio, un bel gesto. La stanza stessa era buona, tranne che le finestre erano piccole per una ”camera di lusso di vista sul fiume” e che la socket di potenza sul desk era difettosa, rendendo impossibile lavorare sul mio portatile sul desk. Returning to this hotel for my second stay was such a joy. From the very beginning, I felt warmly welcomed, and once again I was deeply touched by the sincerity, kindness, and care of everyone here.
On my first visit, General Manager Xie Yuzhen had taken time out of his own schedule to personally show me some of the special places around Liuzhou, a kind gesture I will never forget and am grateful for as it was the highlight of my trip to China. On this return visit, he again looked after me with great care, making sure all of my transport was perfectly in place and that I felt comfortable throughout. His thoughtfulness and generosity set the tone for the whole team.
I also want to especially thank Ma Yu, who had been part of that half-day trip with the Xie Yuzhen on my first stay. She looked after me throughout my stay with such warmth and attention that I felt completely cared for. Her kindness made this visit feel even more personal and memorable.
As always, Zhou Jinxin was wonderfully attentive on every ride, making sure I was comfortable and never without help.
Even though I didn’t personally see the same housekeeping staff as before where Tan Rufang had looked with perfect attention to detail after my room, her colleagues made sure my room was spotless, welcoming, and beautifully arranged. Everyone I met—whether I knew their names or not—was always patient, thoughtful, and kind.
What makes this hotel so special isn’t just the comfort, elegance, great food, the cleanliness, or the many thoughtful extras, it’s the people. Their genuine warmth and generosity turn a stay into a heartfelt experience, and that is why I was so happy to return.
I am truly grateful for everything they did for me, and I know that I will look forward to coming back again. If you are visiting Liuzhou, there is no better place than this! Thanks again for my wonderful time in Liuzhou!

TtankharrisThis hotel has the best service I’ve seen at a hotel so far. Everything was on point. The moment we got out of the taxi, the bellhop carried our bags inside. While checking in, we were given some water and a map with a quick run down of tourist attractions in Liuzhouz. We were allowed to check in early and even got a room upgrade.
Laundry facilities were convenient and the staff helped us do our laundry. Once done, they even folded the laundry for us. Our laundry took extra long, and the staff were willing to do our laundry for us, fold it, and then deliver it to our stored luggage. The service was impeccable, and I’m very surprised that a random hotel in Liuzhou, China rivals the Ritz & Mandarin Oriental in service.
However, there were a few items of improvement. The “gym” is in an abandoned floor basically which is very odd and weird. I only know this as I had to transit via the floors through the stairs to get to the laundry (18F) from our room (16F) as the hotel only has 2 elevators which are slow and constantly full of people. Our room upgrade wasn’t that much of an upgrade and arguably it was a downgrade. Granted, it allowed us to check in early, but still. The room we were upgraded to was the “Smart Room” but that’s about 100 sqm smaller than the room we booked and is only an upgrade of $2. In my opinion, the bigger room should the better one.
The couch was as comfortable as sitting on a piece of granite. It wasn’t very comfortable.
I would stay here again for the service and hospitality alone. 9/10.

UUtente ospiteI stayed at the ECHENG Hotel Liuzhou InTime City with my wife for three days and we had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to Liuzhou Railway Station and not far from the airport. It was easy to get around and explore the city.
Some of the main attractions like Liuhou Temple, Liuhou Park, and Liujiang Bridge are nearby, which made sightseeing simple and enjoyable.
The service was excellent. Staff were helpful, polite, and professional throughout our stay. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable. Breakfast was quite good each morning, with a decent variety of options to start the day.
Although we did not have a car, we were able to rent an electric bike just around the corner for 35 RMB per day, which made getting around even more fun and convenient.
The gym is fairly standard but has an excellent view of the city. If you feel like going for a run on the treadmill or a cycle on the bike, it's a great spot to do it while taking in the scenery.
Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Liuzhou.

設施：房間有掛機空調，床有窗簾，有獨立插座兩孔、三孔各一個，上鋪扶手稍微有點不順但是也OK，有洗衣機兩台烘乾機一台，還提供洗衣液。衞生間有些逼仄。
服務：前台很細心，退房當天突遇暴雨還借了洗手間換衣服，也可以入住退房當天提供免費寄存，礦泉水漏放了也可以去要，都提供。
附近：出門左轉一點是市民食堂之稱的園林食都，4天吃了三頓，出品穩定，基本款都有，價格也實惠，不排隊。右轉泰谷裏奶茶店有小貓，特別特別喜歡，可惜時間太短沒有再去一次。再右一個是牛腩粉飯店，據説被偷過20斤牛腩，味道中規中矩，特別方便。再右一些是個洗頭店，30就可以洗茶麩。青旅離網紅店和各個景點也不遠。打車如果特別堵，可以在東門城樓上下客。

UUtente ospiteMy stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location with many restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping centers within walking distance. The first day I arrived, it was raining and the cleaning staff cleaned my shoes and left and note. I thought this was a very nice gesture from the cleaning staff. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! I decided to extend my stay and booked two more nights, but I made a mistake in the booking. Despite the language barrier, the receptionist was very helpful in assisting me in rebooking the correct room so I wouldn't have to change rooms without a cancelation fee. The last night, more fresh fruit was brought to my room. Again, this was a nice gesture. I would highly recommend this hotel as I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

MM337456****這次入住真的太驚喜了，從踏入酒店大堂開始，工作人員就熱情地迎上來幫忙提行李，辦理入住的速度很快，還貼心介紹了酒店的設施和周邊遊玩建議，第一印象非常好，房間比圖片裏看起來更寬敞明亮，床品超級舒服，床墊軟硬適中，枕頭高度剛好，一沾床就睡了個好覺，對於旅途疲憊的人來説太重要了！浴室乾濕分離做得很好，熱水充足且水温穩定，洗漱用品是淡淡的清香，用着很舒服。
酒店位置也很方便，步行幾分鐘就有柳州當地特色螺螄粉，周邊超市、夜市美食街，逛街吃飯都不用愁，晚上回酒店時，大堂的燈光暖暖的，工作人員還會笑着打招呼，感覺特別温馨！
總之這是一次非常滿意的入住體驗，性價比超高，暑假也沒有漲價，下次來這裏還會選擇這家酒店，已經推薦給朋友啦！

RrobhanxiantravelRecentemente ho avuto il piacere di rimanere alla Hyatt Place Liuzhou, e mi permetta di dirvi che il loro pasto in camera era ASSOLUTO PERFEZIONE!
La torta era cucinata perfettamente, con la sua tendenza, con il suo sapore, e era una delle migliori pasti di torta che abbia mai mangiato, e il fatto che dovessi goderla nel conforto della mia stanza d'albergo mi ha reso ancora meglio!
La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e moderna, con tutte le attrezzature di cui avevo bisogno, il personale era amichevole e attento, e la posizione dell'hotel era conveniente per esplorare Liuzhou.
Ma quel bicchiere ... wow! Se sei un amante del bicchiere come me, non perdere l'opportunità di provarlo durante il tuo soggiorno!

PPamela StanfordI 4 days at the Holiday Inn for my birthday and I must say that I truly enjoyed my stay. The ambiance of the hotel, all the staff was so warm and welcoming. They truly made my time there one of luxury and relaxation. Although they couldn’t speak English that did not stop us from efficiently communicating. We used WeChat to communicate between us. They really were attentive to my needs and endured my time was special. The hotel manager surprised me with a birthday cake which was delicious and all the staff I met were exceptional great with their hospitality. I especially want to thank one of the staff who I named Faye for special taking care of me by ordering my food and wine and making sure my stay went smoothly. A big thanks to everyone for giving me such happy memories. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Rongshui. It’s a great place to relax, the atmosphere is tranquil, the rooms are very clean and modern and the scenery is breathtaking. I will be back soon.

Mmoby D20 Minutes after arriving, I was not to happy with the room offered but was immediately changed to a better room, ( no fuss or bother ) The free laudry service is a big plus ,as the weather was sweltering . Perfect location, with everything ( attractions shops etc. ) in easy walking distance. Would happily use again.
