We feel so lucky to have come across Lixia and Sea Homestay. From the moment we arrived, we were completely charmed. What makes this place special for me is its sincerity. Every detail shows how much Lixia and Haibo want guests to feel welcomed, relaxed, and genuinely connected to village life.
The young owners, Lixia and Haibo, are such a lovely, talented, and hard-working couple who got married not long ago and have just opened this beautiful homestay together. Their passion and warmth are everywhere. Haibo is a professional photographer and an incredible cook – every meal he prepared for us was fresh, seasonal, and absolutely delicious. Lixia is just as amazing: super energetic, thoughtful, and incredibly talented behind the camera.
They also have the sweetest dog named One Two Three – a patient and gentle soul who quickly became our favorite companion. She joined Lixia in accompanying us around the village and along the ancient trails, adding even more joy to our walks.
What truly blew us away was the photography and videos Lixia made for us. While we explored, she quietly captured the most beautiful shots of us among the old stone houses and ancient trails. At the end of our stay, she surprised us with two wonderfully edited short videos that perfectly captured the joy and laughter of our weekend. I’ve stayed at hundreds of places around the world and have never received anything like this – it’s a memory we’ll treasure forever.
The rooms are spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with local touches. Every small detail – from the welcome fruit basket to the cozy fireplace at night – shows how much love and effort this young couple puts into making guests feel truly at home.
If you want to slow down, eat amazing home-cooked food, have your trip professionally documented, and be spoiled by the kindest hosts (and their wonderful dog) in Zhejiang, book Lixia and Sea Homestay immediately.

La posizione del B&B è eccellente e facile da trovare. Si trova a 1 chilometro a piedi dal Centro Visitatori delle Risaie Terrazzate di Yunhe. Siamo arrivati piuttosto tardi quel giorno e la maggior parte dei ristoranti del villaggio era chiusa. La padrona di casa ci ha accompagnato a cercare un posto dove mangiare. La camera era pulita e luminosa. L'aria condizionata era potente e la trapunta era traspirante e confortevole. Di notte era silenziosa e la camera era ben insonorizzata, quindi ho dormito bene. Al mattino, la padrona di casa ci ha cucinato dei deliziosi noodles. Ci ha anche dato consigli di viaggio molto pratici. La prossima volta che visiterò le Risaie Terrazzate di Yunhe, sceglierò di nuovo lo Yunhe Meet B&B.

LLanshuiyouyouIo e i miei amici abbiamo organizzato un viaggio insieme, portando le nostre famiglie a Lishui. Era la nostra prima tappa e una sosta durante il nostro viaggio. La struttura si trovava a Zhuangtai ed era composta da pensioni. Era molto vicina ai campi terrazzati, a circa 20 minuti di auto. Abbiamo prenotato due camere familiari e una camera standard. Le camere erano più pulite e ordinate del previsto, con un arredamento semplice e confortevole. Ci hanno persino preparato un piccolo souvenir. La colazione era inclusa in tutte le camere e il proprietario è stato molto accogliente. Ci siamo alzati all'orario concordato per la colazione il giorno successivo e avevano preparato un'ampia varietà di piatti, tutti deliziosi. Questa volta avevamo poco tempo, ma ci piacerebbe tornare a Lishui per un viaggio rilassante in futuro. È stato un posto fantastico nel complesso.

WWeiguoL'hotel è in buona posizione, a dieci minuti a piedi dalla vecchia città di Songyang, e non è lontano da diversi villaggi antichi.L'hotel è completamente installato, molto nuovo.Il servizio del piccolo fratello della reception è buono e gentile.La colazione è molto ricco.C'è due parcheggi davanti e dietro l'hotel, se la pioggia può ancora usare il parcheggio sotterraneo. Il bagno è un parcheggio sotterraneo non è molto buono in termini di salute ambientale, l'entrata è un po'difficile, spero possa essere riparata.

UUtente ospiteYi Yuan Village is a quaint, peaceful and authentic hideaway in the mountains, away from the tourist crowds that cause chaos further down the valley back towards Song Yang City. It has a few homestays, ours at Yi Yin being the best and most recently opened. The host family (Ceng) is generous and hospitable, friendly, polite and helpful. Rooms were spotless and clean, nicely furnished and easy to reach, nearer the entrance to the village. All meals were freshly made with home-made or locally sourced ingredients, very tasty! They helped us arrange several day trips with an excellent driver (Xiao Bao) whom I also highly recommend. He can be contacted through the host family; he is popular, so I would suggest you request his services once you have confirmed your stay at Yi Yin. Yi Yin is well placed for visiting the surrounding area; there is daily, regular public transport to and from the village and surrounding countryside.

UUtente ospiteIl nostro weekend ci piaceva stare qui come una strada tranquilla e verde da Shanghai (3h treno), ma siamo arrivati tardi la sera, ma il servizio taxi da Qingtian era grande (40min, 80rmb). Il nostro ospite Nancy era così dolce, parlava grande inglese, ci ha fatto dei caffè meravigliosi e ci ha anche portato a fare una piccola visita al villaggio e ai giardini vegetali.L’alloggio è in un piccolo villaggio con 500yo case, dove la maggior parte degli anziani vivono ancora. Abbiamo fatto due passi di buona qualità 2-3hrs, verso i caschi d'acqua e il tempio e verso un altro villaggio. Anche il cibo era grande: bellissimo riso di fiocchi di porridge e molte altre cose per colazione, tè gratuito e snack, e la sera abbiamo avuto una bella zuppa di noodle. La nostra richiesta vegetariana di ultima notte è stata facilmente accolta. Letto e doccia erano bellissimi e un buon riscaldamento è stato fornito per riscaldare la stanza. Sicuramente consigliere, speriamo di tornare in primavera per vedere i campi di fiori!
