We feel so lucky to have come across Lixia and Sea Homestay. From the moment we arrived, we were completely charmed. What makes this place special for me is its sincerity. Every detail shows how much Lixia and Haibo want guests to feel welcomed, relaxed, and genuinely connected to village life.
The young owners, Lixia and Haibo, are such a lovely, talented, and hard-working couple who got married not long ago and have just opened this beautiful homestay together. Their passion and warmth are everywhere. Haibo is a professional photographer and an incredible cook – every meal he prepared for us was fresh, seasonal, and absolutely delicious. Lixia is just as amazing: super energetic, thoughtful, and incredibly talented behind the camera.
They also have the sweetest dog named One Two Three – a patient and gentle soul who quickly became our favorite companion. She joined Lixia in accompanying us around the village and along the ancient trails, adding even more joy to our walks.
What truly blew us away was the photography and videos Lixia made for us. While we explored, she quietly captured the most beautiful shots of us among the old stone houses and ancient trails. At the end of our stay, she surprised us with two wonderfully edited short videos that perfectly captured the joy and laughter of our weekend. I’ve stayed at hundreds of places around the world and have never received anything like this – it’s a memory we’ll treasure forever.
The rooms are spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with local touches. Every small detail – from the welcome fruit basket to the cozy fireplace at night – shows how much love and effort this young couple puts into making guests feel truly at home.
If you want to slow down, eat amazing home-cooked food, have your trip professionally documented, and be spoiled by the kindest hosts (and their wonderful dog) in Zhejiang, book Lixia and Sea Homestay immediately.

La posizione del B&B è eccellente e facile da trovare. Si trova a 1 chilometro a piedi dal Centro Visitatori delle Risaie Terrazzate di Yunhe. Siamo arrivati piuttosto tardi quel giorno e la maggior parte dei ristoranti del villaggio era chiusa. La padrona di casa ci ha accompagnato a cercare un posto dove mangiare. La camera era pulita e luminosa. L'aria condizionata era potente e la trapunta era traspirante e confortevole. Di notte era silenziosa e la camera era ben insonorizzata, quindi ho dormito bene. Al mattino, la padrona di casa ci ha cucinato dei deliziosi noodles. Ci ha anche dato consigli di viaggio molto pratici. La prossima volta che visiterò le Risaie Terrazzate di Yunhe, sceglierò di nuovo lo Yunhe Meet B&B.

Io e i miei amici abbiamo organizzato un viaggio insieme, portando le nostre famiglie a Lishui. Era la nostra prima tappa e una sosta durante il nostro viaggio. La struttura si trovava a Zhuangtai ed era composta da pensioni. Era molto vicina ai campi terrazzati, a circa 20 minuti di auto. Abbiamo prenotato due camere familiari e una camera standard. Le camere erano più pulite e ordinate del previsto, con un arredamento semplice e confortevole. Ci hanno persino preparato un piccolo souvenir. La colazione era inclusa in tutte le camere e il proprietario è stato molto accogliente. Ci siamo alzati all'orario concordato per la colazione il giorno successivo e avevano preparato un'ampia varietà di piatti, tutti deliziosi. Questa volta avevamo poco tempo, ma ci piacerebbe tornare a Lishui per un viaggio rilassante in futuro. È stato un posto fantastico nel complesso.

UUtente ospite世外桃源，離松莊村很近，但又遠離遊客的喧鬧。老闆是手工匠人，親自打造的每一個房間都特別有韻味且實用，房間特別乾淨，洗澡水大，網絡也好，老闆娘姐姐做的菜絕了，每一道都很美味，這裏幾乎挑不出毛病，住的太舒適了。村裡的阿姨叔叔們都很親切，還有呆萌狗狗嚮導小白，粘人的小饞狗，給我們帶來很多樂趣，強烈推薦住在這裏！

UUtente ospite先説房間～我是在3月1日入住的，妥妥的旅遊淡季，入住老闆直接給升級了房型。房間寬敞風格簡約視覺色彩很舒服。遠觀的感受和住了一晚之後的感受更不同。住了一晚之後被房間的床品驚艷到了。後來和老闆樂樂交流才知，酒店採用的床品都是三四千起的絲品。柔軟異常。所以我那兩天睡得很踏實呢。真的軟綿好睡，體驗過才知道。
除了房間，呆的最久的地方其實是老闆樂樂的“會客廳”。剛到的那天山裡下雨。一句“下雨了就別出去了，我們喝茶吧，晚飯你也別介意就在我們這裏吃。”於是留下酣暢的聊了一下午。聞香抄經喝茶聊天～説實話我很久沒有與人這樣長時間的聊天。如此愉快。
節後之行，人情盛美。一個人旅行其實總吃得單調。因為衹有一張嘴一個胃，若非浪費是無法吃豐富的。但在樂樂這裏真如歸家，每頓好好對待如同家宴。兩天在樂樂這裏吃了四頓飯。第二天其實四個菜已經足夠豐盛，但樂樂還覺得那天的鴨做得不夠精良，後來又臨時加了兩個菜。而第三日我因為要早起去寺廟，因此就覺得不吃早餐了。沒想到寺廟出來十點多，被樂樂喊回家吃午飯，又是豐盛的一桌。承蒙照顧，真如同在孃家一樣安心。
其實要細説，都可以講到炒螺絲裏放了紫蘇，味道鮮美～温州的魚餅，四川的腸，山裡的雞鴨……樂樂帶給我的不僅僅是招待美食這麼簡單，是一種很高級的美食文化的分享了呢。更不要説20年的黃酒和獨家小蜜蜂酒啦。
住了兩日抄了兩份心經。聊了三天的天。我還聽説了樂樂十分精彩的人生故事。
在很多國內的民宿漸漸向著模式化商業化發展的今日，保持初心，投入人情，赤誠款待都是很奢侈的存在。有時候也真覺得，一個人的格局也決定了她會成就什麼樣的事業，遇到什麼樣的戀人。真一脈相承。佩服樂樂，也希望Airark越來越好。

Un'esperienza di soggiorno molto positiva.Ho prenotato un pacchetto che includeva la pentola calda attorno al fornello è davvero unica La stanza è in una buona posizione e puoi vedere i campi terrazzati fuori dalla finestra punto panoramico. Puoi semplicemente rilassarti in camera. Anche il servizio dell'hotel è molto premuroso.

YYigelanrendediandiandianIl Festival di primavera è andato da Shanghai - Xiaoxiang Yuan - Long Yuan - e Zhuang Yuan - a Zhening, il terreno ricco.All'inizio, ho scoperto che il grande parcheggio era pieno di posti giusti. UUtente ospiteVery nice hostel with very friendly host. The room was very large and clean, with everything you need. Breakfast in the morning is very good and filling. The hostel is less than 10min walk from the tourist centre and there is a direct shuttle to and from Lishui station (takes about 1h) which made it very convenient. From the tourist centre there is also a bus that takes you to the main sights and back. The host helpfully explained what route to take including how to walk up through the village to the viewing platform instead of taking the cable car. Even though the tourist centre is very close, the host took me to and from there each time. I also appreciated his willingness to share his stories with me, I enjoyed learning more about his businesses and background.

UUtente ospiteWe loved our weekend stay here as a quiet and green nature getaway from Shanghai (3hr train ride). We arrived late in the evening, but the provided taxi service from Qingtian was great (40mins, 80rmb). Our host Nancy was so sweet, spoke great English, made us wonderful coffees and even took us on a little tour of the village and vegetable gardens. The accomodation is in a small village with 500yo houses, where mostly elderly people still live. We went on two nice 2-3hrs hikes, to the waterfalls and temple and towards another village. Food was great too: lovely rice flake porridge and many other things for breakfast, free tea and snacks, and in the evening we got a lovely noodle soup. Our lastminute vegetarian request was easily accomodated. Bed and shower were lovely and a good heater was provided to warm the room. Would definitely recommend, we hope to come back in spring to see the flower fields!
