"Fantastic stay. Shout out to the guy at the front desk. He provided pickup from Maoxian station, two ways to Bipenggou and gave us a ride to the bus station. He even let us pick a few things from the breakfast for my child so that she could eat along the way.
Hotel location was great, not far from the city centre. The hotel also had a hotpot restaurant on the second floor so we spent dinner here without walking to anywhere. Hotel amenities were great too, you can have everything you need. The decoration was another plus point. Overall, we were very satisfied. Thank you very much."

"就在國道248拐進一點，很方便，停車位充足。房間臨河，水聲確實很大，但是衹要關上窗，就基本沒有聲音了，窗户隔音效果相當不錯，我家對聲音很敏感的，都可以接受，一夜安睡。親子房還有一個很大的客廳，隔壁還有一間桌球室，可以直接到三樓小天台。民宿衹有湯鍋，但家人想吃炒菜，老闆直接推薦了一個開車3分鐘的川菜館，比路口的川香魚實惠多了。院子裏面有幾個充電樁，慢充，對電車很友好。"

One of my best stays in Western Sichuan! The minsu is very new and their installations are just perfect! The area is very close to different tourist attractions if you’re driving. So it’s very convenient to reach, by car, different places of natural or cultural interest, such as ******* villages or Bipenggou. The staff is just amazing: they make you feel at home. They also have a restaurant with fresh food and tasty options. Te breakfast is delicious and also very fresh. It’s a very relaxing and comfortable at the region

Khách sạn có view rất rất đẹp, và trên tầng thượng họ còn có 1 nhà hàng nhỏ view siêu đẹp và phục vụ món lẩu rất ngon, rẻ. Tôi ước mình có thể quay lại nơi này 1 lần nữa!

Il nostro soggiorno è stato confortevole e adatti per una breve visita, il servizio notturno è stato fantastico, e ci sono state le prestazioni di danza, il bevanda compiacente e il servizio attento. Una menzione speciale va alla bella signora del fronte che ha fatto il suo meglio e ha anche aiutato a ricaldare qualche cibo che avevamo portato da casa.
Il colazione era di stile cinese, che era bello per noi, e la piscina chiusa alle 10:30. Vorremmo che fosse aperta un po' dopo, ma abbiamo capito la politica.
Abbiamo scelto una stanza che si trova davanti al fiume, che viene con un'importante nota: c'è riscaldamento ma non raffreddato l'aria condizionata nella camera da letto, il suono dolce del fiume era come le gocce di pioggia che cadono su un tetto tranquillo e rilassante. Una volta che i nostri corpi si rilassarono all’aria, le mattine si sentivano fredde e raffreddate, e ci divertivamo a dormire una bella notte.

UUtente ospite老闆，非常棒，老闆很熱情，服務也到位，可以帶狗狗和貓貓，也可以住外國人，酒店的貓貓也很多，雖然我們去的時候還沒有吃飯的地，但是離城鎮也很近，好吃鬼氂牛火鍋推介很好吃，酒店乾淨，老闆人很好，有免費停車的地方，走時記得要車票就好哦。

La mia famiglia ama molto questo posto. La camera da letto è molto carina. Anche se non abbiamo figli, ci piace. L'atmosfera circostante dell'hotel è buona. L'attrezzatura della camera da bagno è completa. Il pranzo all'hotel è delizioso. Il personale, il cuoco sono gentile e utile, e sono molto fortunato che il personale dell'hotel abbia aiutato a trovare una macchina da noleggio con un conducente per viaggiare a Heishui.

La camera e il letto sono grandi e molto puliti.
Ci sentiamo molto rilassati e confortevoli.
Prenderemo un po'di uova e bastoni prima di iniziare il viaggio.

UUtente anonimoi reached early and the reception kindly allowed me to check in early. they were easy to contact via wechat. the room was big, clean and spacious, and hotel is just 5 min walk away from bipenggou scenic area. a small downside is that they only had one overhead heater in the toilet. in the room, only the floor was heated, which made it a little cold especially during winter. but other than that, everything was great! :)

E'grande per l'ospite che visita l'hotel in inverno. La posizione è buona. È possibile camminare a Bipenggou a piedi 10 min
Con: il bagno sarà meglio avere un portatore di carta da bagno.È difficile trovare la carta da bagno prima perché lo mettono in un cappuccio nascosto. Il mio tipo di camera ha un tetto e tutti possono salire, così possono avere un po'di rumore, ma la notte nessuno può salire, quindi non c'è un grande problema per me.
La ricezione ci ha aiutato a gestire il taxi a Lixian per il bus Chengdu. Fortunatamente, il taxi driver conosciuto il bus conducente così possiamo saltare sull'ultimo bus a Chengdu. Grazie per il vostro aiuto.

Abbiamo aggiunto il wechat per comunicare durante il nostro soggiorno e lei ha risposto molto rapidamente alle nostre richieste, tra cui chiedere più bottiglie d'acqua di quanto fornite, mettere in piedi la primavera calda della nostra stanza per noi e anche organizzare un viaggio di buggy al principale edificio per mattutina prossima.
Ha inoltre prorogato il nostro check-out di un'ora su richiesta.
Ramada Guergou è il miglior hotel a cui abbiamo soggiornato durante il nostro viaggio su Chuanxi. Il colazione ha avuto varietà e qualità. E l'esperienza qui è certamente valsa la pena spendere.

AanetlinDue to some accidents on the road, we had a very very late check in (2.33am). Despite this, the front desk guy was still very accomodating and the check in process for foreigners are also easy here. This hotel has free parking spot for car as well.
It was a great big room for 2 person. Amenities are very complete (as listed on the booking page). The bed was very comfortable and there's no problem with heating in the room (shower's fine).
Note: The pictures were taken when we were about to check out. It doesn't represent the first stage of the room when we arrived. 🫣
