We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. When we checked in they upgraded our room to a business suite. This was so unexpected and we loved it! It was so comfortable and provide the perfect amount of space so when one needed to work in the evening, the other person wasn’t disturbed. The en-suite bathroom was fantastic - the dual vanity was perfect for both of us to get ready at the same time. Also, it had a massive bathtub and separate shower- great for those who might want to unwind after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and it had great sound proofing. The only drawback was that the AC didn’t work well in the suite- even though we tried to lower the temperature, we weren’t able to bring it lower than 25 degrees. As it is summer, being able to lower the AC would have been helpful as it did get a little stuffy in the room at night. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. From recommendations on how to visit several of the villages we were interested in going to, to recommendations for specific Guizhou dishes to try at the night market, they were so kind and pleasant. The day we checked out it was pouring. The staff were kind enough to lend us umbrellas so we could go for a short walk to get coffee before our trip to the train station. The facilities were great and well maintained. A good really gym with lots of equipment / treadmills/ weights etc so you could work out. It closes at 11pm (as does the laundry). They only have 2 washer/ dryer combinations so while laundry is free to do, it could take a while as the shortest wash cycle was approximately 30 min, and then you still had to factor in dry time (as it’s the same machine). The hotel is located in the center area so there are lots of shops, and huge underground mall, night market, parks, cafe and bakery all within walking distance. As it’s centrally located, it’s very easy for didi to find/ schedule pick up. We loved our time in Kaili and our stay at this hotel. We will definitely return for a second visit!

We booked a room with no breakfast for 4 nights but were surprised on our arrival when a bonus free daily breakfast for two was included in our room booking. We were given vouchers for a night snack meal for the last two days of our stay. The size of the room is big and very comfortable. Amenities such as bottled drinking water, coffee, tea, electric kettle, toothbrush, hair shampoo, and bathing gel are supplied daily free of charge. The room also comes with an electrical clothes dryer for guests to dry their washed clothes. The hotel is situated slightly out of the city centre but travelling around is a breeze as there are plentiful of public taxis and ride-hailing cars. What make the hotel stand out most is the level of their guest service. Staff are very helpful and the guest receptionists are ever ready to provide you with the information you need on getting around and to the places of interest.

Il design delle camere è moderno e accogliente, e ogni dettaglio fa percepire la cura dell'hotel. La biancheria da letto è estremamente confortevole, permettendomi di dormire bene ogni notte. Anche l'isolamento acustico è ottimo, permettendomi di godermi la privacy in un ambiente tranquillo. Il team di assistenza dell'hotel è impeccabile e ogni membro del personale è sorridente, cordiale e premuroso. Non solo offrono servizi professionali, ma prestano anche attenzione alle esigenze degli ospiti in ogni momento, il che fa sentire gli ospiti a proprio agio. Inoltre, anche il catering dell'hotel merita di essere menzionato. Il ristorante offre una selezione ricca e variegata di piatti, e ogni piatto è squisito e delizioso, il che lascia i clienti a bocca aperta. In breve, questa esperienza di soggiorno mi ha regalato un comfort e una soddisfazione senza precedenti. Se cercate anche un alloggio di alta qualità, allora questo hotel merita sicuramente una visita!

È molto suggestivo, pieno di giovani e la vista dalla camera è fantastica! Fresco di notte. Servizio: molto attento e tutti sono molto cordiali!

La vista da questa guesthouse era fantastica, ma le scale per arrivarci sono un po' scomode. Se siete anziani o non in forma, potreste prendere in considerazione un alloggio più in basso. Detto questo, il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e ci ha portato i bagagli, dimostrandosi molto cordiale e accomodante. La città in sé è diventata piuttosto commerciale, ma è comunque bello ammirarne l'architettura e fare un'escursione tra le risaie terrazzate.

Questo prezzo è molto economico nel serbatoio, e è facile trovarlo con la navigazione, ma è più difficile trovarlo di notte se vuoi.Non ho mai visto il proprietario di alloggi finche'non sono andato. Sento che è molto libero di liberare 

The hotel is near the west gate of Miao scenic village, about 10 minutes walk to its entrance. The hotel itself is spectacular, both outside and inside. Our room is very clean, modern and well equipped with very comfortable bed and good shower and bath. Breakfast has some varieties, good but not brilliant and some items tend to run out if coming late. In overall, highly recommended.

La stanza è pulita e igienica, la decorazione è molto delicata. Il giorno del soggiorno è stato un buon hotel aperto. Un vecchio e piccolo cinquecento soggiornano e la sensazione di esperienza è particolarmente buona! Non è lontano dalla zona scena, ci sono servizi di trasporto, e vi aiuterò con entusiasmo per prendere il bagaglio, i dettagli sono pieni. Ottimo hotel con un ottimo servizio. Le viste erano piacevoli, ma l'inclinazione era l'ospitalità. Il personale ha fatto molto di più di quanto si aspettava per rendere il soggiorno come era stato. Hanno dato le foglie di tè come regalo di partenza al check-out. Inoltre offrono posta che ho lasciato involontariamente, il livello di attenzione e di impegno del personale è quello che emerge da un hotel regolare.
