"Location location location - it is located in the middle of a hassling city so very convinenct to get food and shopping.
Car parking is a bit tricky as someone you need to contact the front desk to help you to use th machinerise car park but they came pretty quickly."

整體隔音不錯，僅偶爾會聽見較高頻的女性笑聲，但枕頭太塌，且關燈後房間內仍有數個微弱光源，不適合較敏感。
設施：
房間整體乾淨、無異味，附飲水機有冰水，廁所有免治馬桶。剛進房未插卡時玄關就會開燈很方便。
電視可看youtube，但音量上限很低。
浴室有類似浴缸的設計，但內部是粗糙的碎石材質，又有金屬突起，不太適合泡澡。蓮蓬頭水壓太低且溫度難以調整，容易過熱過冷。"

"Good location with a very japanese style riverside. Clean, tidy room. Just fine breakfast.
However, terrible experience about the staff.
1. We were told the basement parking lot was full that we had to park on the ground level, to load our laggages along with a 2.5 yd girl in the stroller there and to drag them to the basement via the long ramp. While we were having trouble not to jar our little girl, we saw a car slided in the basement and parked there.
2. Next day, we, two adults, one little girl, plus a stroller were lead to a table for only two. As we asked to switch to the nearby sofa dining area, the staff told us that the reservation today was full when there was really no more than 15 persons in the restaurent during our time there."

"Pros: La colazione è perfetta, molto buona combinazione di ovest e *********. La posizione è perfetta se si visita l'Università di Jiao Tong e Tsinghua. Solo un paio di fermate di autobus. Veramente autentici ristoranti locali intorno. I dipendenti sono disposti ad aiutare. Libera soda nel frigo, fitness decente. Buona vista balcone in alcune camere.
Cons: La mia camera era pulita ma la testa della doccia era libera, anche se potevo sistemare me stessa, ha fatto il bagno un caos. Shampoo e lavanderia non sono buoni considerando che è un 4-star. Bidet elettronico che ti pulisce ma non ti asciuga fuori ... Bagni pubblici potrebbero essere un buon posto per rilassarsi, ma solo aprire 4-10pm, che non è amichevole per i viaggiatori che restano solo per la notte."

- location not the best (next to a lake but not near the city centre or other amenities. Only a convenience store at the outside of the hotel)
- sound insulation not perfect. Maybe just my room. Room facing the road, can hear the sound of traffic."

the first room wasn't ideal as the room has smoke smell and I requested to change room which they offered and it was great.
Room has good sound proofing windows
second room I stayed at #2003 is near lift has updated modern look.
they have morning shuttle to science park 8am, 8.30am, 9am which is great.
they have evening shuttle to Big City mall which is also a ++
otherwise would have to spend 250 NTD for taxi which is expensive.

MMao ge這次家人旅遊入住6人房，雖然是比較久的汽車旅館進房間時沒有味道，房間內設備保持著乾凈，早餐部份是現煎煮的，餐廳服務人員也很親切。
但唯一不好的是隔音效果不是很好，因為汽車旅館位於省道旁深夜車輛經過都會聽到，影響睡眠品質。

UUtente ospiteIl mio primo soggiorno all'Hotel Lakeshore era in anticipo 2000s.Since poi, le camere sono state aggiornate ma il servizio è ancora il primo prezzo. Ho bisogno di aiuto per ottenere il mio biglietto per il treno ad alta velocità e la persona al fronte che mi ha offerto di andare con me al negozio di comodità per aiutare.
Il bagno ha accessori igienici giapponesi e doccia in bagno, quindi si può bagnare un po' se è stato un giorno caldo a Hsinchu.
Un grande centro commerciale si trova a 5 minuti di distanza e ci sono diversi negozi di comodità nello stesso blocco, quindi ci sono molte opzioni di mangiare.

FFreelaxStayed one night. As it’s a pretty new hotel, the hotel room amenities are very new. We checked in late. Although it’s self check in, the staff is very helpful and very obliging. The room has got shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Personally, I quite fussy but I like their products. They also provide toothbrushes and toothpastes etc. They give 2 bottles of drinking water. They gave humidifier in each room. There is bath tub and standing shower. The hotel is located in the industry area but they are quite near to Hsinchu HSR. If I would travel to Hsinchu, I will stay again.

UUtente anonimothe location is great because it is in the heart of the city, the room size is decent for a couple. There is no available breakfast, I don't know why? maybe the cause is COVID-19? but the other hotels have it..
BTW service is slow, I call the hotel personnel to refill my water but what happens is.. the refilling done by tomorrow after my second call on them..

MMarlynThe location is Very convenient,near the train station, 7/11 and others. The staff are kind and approachable. There is also a free laundry where you can wash your clothes. And also a free breakfast which not every hotel offers. Lastly the price is very affordable 😃😃😃
