Nice big international hotel that offers family sized rooms. Underground parking. Clean. Service is average as with any big hotels.

Ho avuto un soggiorno molto bello all'Episode Hotel Hsinchu. Il posto si sente moderno e accogliente, e tutto era pulito e ben curato. La stanza era comoda e aveva tutto quello che mi serviva, che rendeva facile rilassarsi. Il personale era amichevole e utile, e il check-in era tranquillo. La posizione è anche conveniente per gli affari, ma non per le vacanze. In generale, è una scelta solida se si cerca un comodo e facile soggiorno a Hsinchu.

Positivi: - Perfetto ristorante familiare con tonnellate di attività per i bambini di godere. Può passare tutto il giorno solo partecipare alle attività - il colazione è fantastico, in termini di sapore e varietà, soprattutto l'uso di cibo locale hsinchu - Camera grande, comoda e con belle decorazioni - Socket di potenza internazionale - shampoo per bambini, sapone e lozione forniti - eco-friendly (servizi igienici come la spalla dentale, pasta) forniti solo su richiesta - piscina interna - sauna Negativi - posizione non migliore (vicino a un lago ma non vicino al centro della città o ad altre strutture. Solo un negozio di comodità all'esterno dell'hotel) - l'isolamento sonoro non è perfetto, forse solo la mia stanza, la stanza che si trova davanti alla strada, può sentire il rumore del traffico.

L'hotel è molto pulito e ha una posizione conveniente, rendendo facile raggiungere. In particolare, vorremmo ringraziare Cathy Lin per il suo eccellente servizio, che ha incontrato una situazione sfortunata con un altro ospite dell'hotel e che ha gestito la questione con grande professionalità e attenzione. Ha risolto la questione in fretta e ha anche migliorato la nostra sala, che apprezziamo davvero. Cathy è anche molto attenta e proattiva, sempre veloce a rispondere e pronto a fare passo avanti per aiutare quando necessario. Il suo servizio ha fatto una grande differenza per il nostro soggiorno. Molto raccomandato.

Belle colazione diffusa. Personale amichevole. Posizione vicino allo zoo e al parco di Hsinchu. Questo è grande per i piccoli. Ma non molto altro vicino. Abbiamo preso il bus nella capitale, poche fermate lontano. Grande supermercato vicino a comprare le necessità.

the location is excellent easy to find.. the staff are friendly and approachable the water and coffee is unlimited and i love the most is the bed is nice so lambot❤️🇹🇼👍

場所は新竹駅から徒歩10分以内と近く街の中心地までも徒歩で行けて何かと便利です。 朝食もビュッフェ形式で品数も豊富で味もどれも美味しかったです。 部屋も清潔でドライヤーや大きな冷蔵庫もあり水も2本ついています。 部屋によっては窓がない部屋もあるので今回チェックイン時にリクエストして空いていたので変更していただきました。大きめなバスタブもあるので助かります。 フロントスタッフもとても親切で質問に対して丁寧に対応して頂けるのですごく感じがいいです。 個人的におすすめします。

For the price, this place was very disappointing. First surprise was when checking in, you're told that you have to hand your keys in whenever you leave. I asked why, and they said they don't want people copying the keys, but it certainly doesn't make me feel my stuff is safe when I don't have the key. Why they couldn't use a key card system like every other hotel, I don't know, but they wouldn't have that problem if they did. In any case, the locks are terrible. Like the kind for locking a bathroom door, it'd probably open if you rattled hard enough! The room itself clearly hasn't been redecorated in years, and looks tatty and everything is old and outdated. Worryingly, clearly there's a water leak from the bathroom and the corner of the wall on the bedroom side showed obvious water damage and looked damp. I think the room had been cleaned well enough but everything was so old, I didn't really want to touch anything. There was no quilt cover, just a sheet under it, so who knows how dirty that might have been. Likewise, there was a water cooler in the room rather than supplying bottled water, but I didn't feel confident trying it and bought bottled water from the shop instead. I think they'd tried to make an effort to make the rooms colourful. That was a focus of the room pictures and also they have photos of different room styles downstairs in the breakfast room too, but it just looks a bit weird. In my room, it looks like they found a random outdoors picture on the internet and copy pasted some random English text over the top. So, there's a full wall sized advert for a foreign internet company. It just looks tacky on a bedroom wall! The shower is over a bath, which is pointless as the bath is about 1m long and so nobody would fit in it comfortably anyway. Of course, there's no shower curtain so everything in the wet room gets soaked when you have a shower. Also, there's a sign by the toilet paper dispenser telling you not to put paper in the toilet, so I put my dirty paper in the bin provided. Was quite shocked that they don't clean the room daily as it wasn't a pleasant smell a day later. The breakfast was very basic Chinese style. I've enjoyed the Chinese breakfast in every other hotel I've stayed here, but here it's basically only rice, tofu and pickled vegetables. The location is good though. Close to the train station, and so near to all the sights as well.

Booked this hotel as my friend is also staying there, I was there only for a night and was given room 601. Once I open the room door I noticed a weird sourish smell. Room is definitely dated. The AC kept making weird noise, had to turn it to low and the noise level is more acceptable.  Other than that it appears to be clean. As I was staying for only 1 night and my friend is staying more nights, after I checked out, I went over to his room to store my perishables in the fridge as my flight is at 8pm. Once I stepped in, there was a strong sourish smell in the room which even the cleaning staff acknowledged that she smell it too. She sugggested opening the window to facilitate better air flow and if it still doesn’t work then maybe will use a air freshener. And then, the metal key didn’t work when I try to open the room door. The same lady assisted me and told me to turn the key left before turning the door knob right. But when I came back to the room, the key doesn’t work no matter if I turned it left or right. She took over and it opened, had to turn it left with more force 😬 Next, AC controller doesn’t work. She came back again and when she press it worked but she also said it’s tougher to press the button, she will change the batteries. After changing the batteries it’s still very tough to press the button, so she changed the controller instead. How eventful.  Won’t stay again if I can help it. Positive note though, the room wall paper doesn’t have the weird black barbwire pattern shows on the pics of trip.com, sorry I forgot to take pics.
