"Sai come gli hotel dicono sempre che sono eccellenti? Sì, questo è davvero.
La posizione? Perfetto.Il servizio? Spot-on.Il buffet per colazione?Diciamo solo che avevo tre piastre e iniziai a pensare di muoversi. Hanno le stanze di lavanderia (perciò non dovrete fare quella strana cosa di merda), gli shuttle che si presentano, e il personale che in qualche modo si rilassa prima del pranzo.
Abbiamo amato assolutamente il nostro soggiorno - comodo, facile, pieno di carboidrati. Sarebbe 100% di nuovo... supponendo che non mi vietino dalla stazione di buffet, 😆"

"全這次邯鄲之行住了全程酒店（邯鄲道人民西路店），整體體驗挺不錯的。酒店位置很好，步行幾分鐘就能到邯鄲道歷史文化街區，逛吃都方便，離叢台公園也不遠，出行挺省心。
房間收拾得乾淨整潔，沒有異味，床睡得舒服，衞生間乾濕分離，日常用的東西也都齊全。最要誇的是4樓的打掃阿姨，從入住到離開都特別細心，每天打掃都會主動問要不要補充用品，特別貼心。前台辦理入住退房也挺快，態度也不錯。
早餐方面普普通通，種類不算多，但能做到營養均衡，吃飽沒問題。這個價位能有這樣的住宿體驗，性價比已經很高了，下次來邯鄲還會考慮住這裏。"

UUtente ospiteHotel is good, can dafinitely be considered 4 star, rooms are new and clean. Staff is super courteous, they dont speak much english but i guess its everywhere in china. Definitely recommend to business travellers. There is mall opposite to it as well.

RRedDragonKungFuWe had a magical stay here in this serene and beautiful place. The hotel is beautifully designed with an impressive play area, swimming pools, restaurants and it is perfectly located for exploring the stunning mountain range of East Taihang. All of the staff were very friendly, especially the cleaning, gardening, catering and play area staff. The room was exceptional with a view of a waterfall, little garden and very clean and comfortable. The gym was in the hallway with just a few bikes and treadmills so not exactly equipped for weightlifting but the mountains provide a decent workout. It would be nice for reception to have more information about local spots or events. I think there was mention of a night market but we weren’t sure exactly where and how to get there. We did successfully use Didi to get to a few amazing scenic spots around here though. It is such a special place and we hope to return some day. Thank you for a beautiful time and happy memories.

Il condizionamento dell'aria del corridoio qui è troppo alto. Il telefono di servizio clienti non può essere controllato. Lasciate aperte le finestre e il condizionamento dell'aria nella stanza è chiuso. Non posso essere caldo questa sera.

UUtente ospiteSi raccomanda fortemente questo hotel!L'ambiente generale è pulito e elegante, la struttura della stanza è calda e confortevole, il letto è morbido e l'effetto di isolamento sonoro è anche molto buono. La notte è molto buona.L'atteggiamento del personale della reception è amichevole, gestisce il soggiorno veloce e il servizio è delicato e intimo. La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente, conveniente per il viaggio e l'ambiente circostante è completo.L'igiene è molto attenta, le strutture sono perfette, il rapporto costo-beneficiario è molto alto, l'esperienza complessiva è soddisfatta, vive molto comoda, la prossima volta il viaggio sarà la prima scelta qui, vale la pena raccomandare!

IItuTladiI had had a really frustrating day and the staff was extremely helpful. They were very patient and polite considering that there was language barrier and I slept so peacefully, the bed was extremely comfortable and I woke feeling a whole lot better. I’d definitely go back

TTim from GermanyOverall bad experience. In the beginning they didn’t know that the rooms were paid upfront and asked for an additional deposit. The room had a nice design but it was not well-maintained and not clean. The room door was obviously forcefully opened and only basically repaired. It did not leave the impression that it was really secure. The dining restaurant was quite dirty and not similar to the pictures that only show the breakfast room. If you wanna visit the Nüwa Palace the location is perfect but don’t expect too much from the hotel. I assume there are more convenient places for a more reasonable price.

MM273456****超級超級超級推薦的民宿哦，民俗內部環境特別好，非常適合遛娃和放空自己，依山傍水，每個房間都很有特色，而且民宿內部還有很多小朋友玩耍的活動，即使不出門，在酒店待一天也會非常舒服。房間全部都是落地窗，景色無敵了，下雨可以看到雲海，晴天可以看到大山，入住還有歡迎水果，洗衣烘乾，棋牌室一應俱全，設施設備很完善，全智能家居，電動窗簾，民宿的服務人員也非常友好，因為前一天烘乾褲子。等的時間太久了，沒有取，第二天服務人員直接幫我送了回來，退房時因為在床上弄了污漬，主動跟前台小姐姐説了之後，還幫我申請了免清洗費。真的很貼心。不管設施還是環境還是衞生還是服務都非常推薦！！！！！！！
