Free high speed unlimited Wi-Fi internet. Wall mounted TV with Chromecast to stream from your device plus additional smaller free to air TV in a nook around the corner with bar table and chairs. The outdoor area includes a washing machine and clothesline plus a BBQ with utensils and outdoor table setting. In the garden there is a fire pit and garden deck ideal for birdwatching and stargazing. Firewood is provided. The apartment is tucked into the side of a hill on the ground floor of our 3 storey home with views across farmland to northern Gold Coast and Bay Islands. It has its own Undercover Parking with private driveway and entrance. Electric heating is provided for winter months and in summer it stays naturally cool indoors without the need for air conditioning. During summer you are welcome to use the in ground swimming pool in the garden.
