The staff noticed we were traveling with our little one and immediately arranged a sofa bed, ensuring our family’s comfort. The horse riding and desert activities were unforgettable memories, and we are particularly grateful to the lovely lady who helped us arrange these experiences. A special thank you to Mr. Javaid, who took us on a magical desert sunset tour. The photos we took during that time are some of our most cherished memories from the trip. We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Ahmed Karim, who went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. He gave us a wonderful introduction to the hotel, arranged taxis for us, and solved any issues we had with such care and professionalism. His passion for the hotel was evident, and it truly made us fall in love with The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah as well. The Chinese New Year celebration at the hotel was another highlight of our stay. The “sky lantern” activity was beautifully organized, and we were deeply moved by the efforts of the staff who learned to say “新年快乐” (Happy New Year) in Chinese. It made us feel so special and welcomed during this important festival. This stay was nothing short of magical, and it was undoubtedly the best part of our trip to the UAE.
