There are 2 full bathrooms, a master and one in the hallway, and ample closet space throughout the unit.The small viewing deck off the dining room offers a view of the picturesque wooded landscape. Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on-site. The unit includes whole-house air conditioning, and a washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board in the bunk bedroom closet, expanded cable in the living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), and bed and bath linens (shampoo not included). Also included are extra paper towels, trash bags, and toilet tissue. During the summer months, this unit has access to the community pool. In addition, all guests are welcome to utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations required).The living room fireplace and outdoor gas grill are NOT available for guest use, per community HOA policy.This unit is a short, 5 minute complementary shuttle ride to the slopes and main resort year-round. Located at the top of the mountain, just off of the Avalanche chairlift. The deck overlooks the slopes and the ski locker is handy to the trail. There is a free shuttle service available to pick you up and take you to the main lodge. There is a hot tub available from September to June. In the summer months, the outside pool, tennis and basketball courts are available at the nearby Sunridge Condo plan . The exercise room and hot tub are accessible all year round. The common area with these items are in the door to the left if C21A. A gas grill is available behind the lounge, on the deck.
