We love this town! Our home we are offering for rent; 143 E. 46th Street is located within a short walk to the downtown area as well as the beautiful beaches. About a block and a half. We are located between Landis and Central Avenue, closer to Central.What is great about this location is that it is close to the center of town; you can walk to all of the fun activities including the brand new library, parks and shopping. There are lots of activities available that appeal to all. Your family will really love it!! The beach that is closest to this home is protected by life guards and is just one and a half blocks away. We have a state of the art kitchen with black cherry and glazed maple cabinetry with quiet closing doors and a dramatic huge slab of granite. We have all stainless appliances including a Jenn-Aire gas range, a french door refrigerator, and a brand new Keurig coffee maker too.There is plenty of room for all in this unit; we offer two master suites.
