This cabin is located at Green Valley Resort on Seventh Crow Wing Lake. It features a large eat-in kitchen and separate living room with two futons. Has mini-split heat and A/C and ceiling fans. It is set further back from the lake than some of our other cabins, but it's only a short walk to the water. We have an on-site lodge nearby with books, games, and snacks; dock space for your boat; and boats for rent too. Newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath cabin on Portage Lake near Park Rapids, Minnesota. New kitchen and all new flooring in May/June of 2021. Both bathrooms have been remodeled as well. This 2100 square foot cabin has an open floor plan in the main area, with bar seating and a large farmhouse table, sofa seating area, and full size kitchen. There is a massive 1200 sq foot 3 season porch with lots of room for indoor activities. There is a washer and dryer for renter use, bedding, towels, linens, soaps, and basic kitchen tools stocked. The kitchen has a full size fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, air fryer, toaster, coffee pot, pots, pans, dishes/silverware, drinkware, towels, and soap. The deck has a propane grill. There is a fire pit, dock, and sand beach area. There are a few games, puzzles, books, and toys in the cabin and fishing poles in the porch. Just 12 minutes outside of Park Rapids, 25 minutes to Itasca State Park and the Headwaters of the Mississippi River, and only 50 minutes to Paul Bunyan in Bemidji, along with Buena Vista Ski Resort. Just around the corner from the house you will find The Character Challenge Course and Summerhill Adventure’s. For those who want to spend time outdoors, you couldn’t find a better home base to adventure from. We are perched just above Potato Lake West Access, with plenty of parking available on our property for your boats and toys. Although we do not have our own dock on the lake, you will find that putting your boat into the lake is a seamless process, with lake access literally in the front yard. If you don’t have your own boat, we have rental locations that can bring the boat to you! There are snowmobile and ATV trails galore surrounding our property. The fishing is amazing on Potato Lake, and we’re closely connected to several other lakes including Fishhook and Eagle Lake. There are so many outdoor adventures waiting for you here!
