This was our second stay at this hotel, as our first experience was excellent and encouraged us to return.
However, we were unaware that the hotel had expanded with a new area located approximately 500 meters from the original buildings, making it inconvenient to walk between the two zones. We booked the same hotel but ended up in the wrong building. It would be helpful if the hotel clearly labeled this new area with a distinct name, such as ”New Building,” rather than ”Garden Wing,” which caused some confusion as we previously stayed in the original garden zone.
The hotel is now much larger, and the rooms are spacious and well-equipped with essentials. Unfortunately, cleanliness fell short this time, as we noticed some stains on the blanket and towels. We chose not to raise the issue as we wanted a hassle-free stay.
The location is not ideal for visiting nearby attractions like coffee shops but is conveniently close to a 7-11.
While we appreciate certain aspects of the hotel, we might not return for a third visit and would prefer staying in the ocean zone instead.

L'hotel è così bello. L'arredamento dell'hotel è presente in tema tradizionale thailandese. Tutto è così elegante. La camera dell'hotel è così pulita e con tutti i comfort. I stayed 2 night the one thing that I dislike is “ Cockroach “ in my room. There are many cockroaches 🪳 that I found since first day one fly to my face but I think that ok. Second night after I woke up I found it beside my bed and when I went to take a shower I found 1 in shower room then after that my bf went to the terrace also found 1. Omggg 😱
I already reported to receptionist when I checked out about this issue I hope the hotel will improve and solve this problem because it make me scared and feel a bit bad.
About service still be okay for me.
Breakfast also variety of food and fresh.

La posizione è molto buona.C'è il mare vicino all'hotel, c'è una piscina accanto all'hotel.
Ma ciò che vorrei raccomandare è
- La piscina dei bambini non è pulita, perché la rottura dell'albero cade sempre, c'è molto polvere nella piscina
- Il corridoio della zona della villa ha alberi con spazzole che sono diventati tinturati. piedi per bambini e adulti
- La stanza non è molto pulita.
- La colazione non è diversa
- Finalmente, prima di tornare, un piccolo centipede si rifugiava nella borsa, che il bambino seduto lì, con fortuna che non l’avesse catturato.

Mae Pim is so so lovely..a true Thao beach village..with everything. 1 hour from ban phe..totally worth staying 4 days.Chicken house has big rooms, aie con, super clean, can rent a motor bike to go have fun..this is Thai culture..fresh beachside cafes..fresh seafood and night markets up in Klaeng 20 minutes away
Chicken house is 10 minutes away from the beach by motorbike and very quiet. The family that runs it is very foreigner friendly and helpful.

TTraveller1401Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno sorprendente! Il campo era nuovo e molto pulito. La sabbia della spiaggia era così morbido! Voglio ringraziare Joey, il personale del campeggio Cayla, meraviglioso e attento che ha reso il nostro soggiorno grande. Quando siamo arrivati, ha organizzato tutto secondo quello che ci piaceva. Ci ha chiesto se volevamo noleggiare un scooter che scelssimo di fare e ha organizzato tutto! In mezzo alla notte non sapevamo come spostare l'aria condizionata (lo tenevamo troppo lontano) e era alla nostra porta in pochi minuti e ci mostrava come spostare. Era sempre sul posto e ci prendeva cura bene! La stanza era molto pulita, confortevole e confortevole. Ci erano delle anatre piccole, ma si aspettavano. Avevamo una spray di insetti, quindi era buona.

＞ Beautifully designed - the outward appearance of the hotel is quite spectacular and is very well decorated.
＞ Comfortable rooms - the beds are large and comfortable with plenty of pillows and cushions and the rooms have plenty of places to sit.
＞ Room size - rooms are large and feel spacious.
＞ Cleanliness - The hotel was immaculately clean in all areas.
＞ Staff - Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
＞ Location - the location is ideal for walkability to shops, restaurants and the beach.
Negatives:
＞ Events - The hotel also hosts events which can be very loud and go on late into the night.
＞ Doors/soundproofing - We noticed that there was a significant gap in our door which meant that it wasn't particularly soundproof and we were kept awake most of the night (until 2am) by other guests outside our room.
＞ Location - although I have stated the positives about the location above, the negatives are that the hotel is in close proximity to some bar with live music or karaoke which is incredibly loud and can go on very late into the night. Both the noise from the guests at this hotel and the event down the road was very significant and kept us awake late into the night.
＞ Breakfast - Breakfast is served cold. Although they have the equipment to keep the food warm, for some reason they choose not to. Unless you are lucky enough to catch something as soon as it is placed in the container it will go cold quickly. Eggs, bacon, fried rice, local dishes etc are all cold by the time you get them which is not common for Thai hotels and also very disappointing.
Comments for the hotel:
＞ Doors - please ensure all doors do not have gaps in between. This can be done easily with some rubber lining on the door frame. This would increase the soundproofing of the room dramatically.
＞ Noise - I understand that the hotel cannot control the bar down the street which plays loud music all night but it does have control over its own events and its own guests. There should be strict rules about drunk guests making noise late into the night and knocking on doors. Nowhere in the rules does it state ”quiet hours” which I believe it should. I understand that events at the hotel serve as a large source of the hotel's income, but there's no need to neglect other guests who stay there.
＞ Breakfast - use the equipment you already own properly and keep the breakfast food hot. I do not know any Thai people who enjoy cold food and keeping the food warm would increase the quality of the breakfast dramatically. Despite being a small cafe, the breakfast has quite a variety and the flavour is good but the temperature of the food really ruins the breakfast.

Bellissima spiaggia di sabbia bianca e pulita, buona posizione, non lontano da Bangkok. Viaggio conveniente Ci sono già barche importate sull'isola. Gli alloggi sono puliti, vicino alla spiaggia. Apri la porta sul retro della casa e vedrai il mare. C'era un piccolo pavone in piedi con la coda piena. Puoi prendere in prestito l'attrezzatura per lo snorkeling. Corri a vedere le vongole giganti giganti. C'erano alcuni pesci colorati che potevano essere visti. Ma non c'è molta varietà Ci sono coralli duri, coralli rocciosi e coralli molli. Location - I give this 3/5 because the hotel is located at a beautiful beach. However, the street around the hotel has nothing else on it (not the fault of the hotel obviously). The beach itself is beautiful, I will repeat, but only immediately in front of the hotel. The rest of the beach is very dirty.
Service - This is where this hotel becomes a real disaster, and if I could I would give this section 0/5. We checked in around 11pm to 11:30pm. The staff came to the counter while watching a movie on his phone and left the movie playing full volume whilst looking for our key. After a very long process of checking the computer he led us to a room. He stumbled a lot on his way and appeared drunk. When we got to the room, he looked inside and told us it was already occupied. He told us that our room had been sold to someone else because we were late checking in and led us back to the reception where he walked off somewhere without telling us any more information. We stayed at the reception and used the bathroom facilities in the meantime. I also proceeded to contact trip dot com's customer support to let them know about the issue. After a while had passed he came back and walked past us to the bathroom. After coming out of the bathroom he led us to a new room and told us that this room was now available. The whole thing was bizarre and we were caused to worry unnecessarily by being told that we didn't have a room. I cannot think of any justification for his actions and it started off the stay at this hotel very poorly.
Amenities - The amenities provided by the hotel were adequate. They included a bottle of water in the room. I do like when hotels provide toothbrushes and other smaller things so that would be the difference between me providing a 4/5 and a 5/5 for this part.

- The pool is huge, great for swimming laps. It's in the sun most of the day, though there are umbrellas & shade trees. Unlimited towels are available in the lobby.
- The bathroom is clean and nicely decorated. The shower and sprayer worked well. The warm water came quickly.
- The bed made it easy to get a good night's sleep.
- International TV and movies
- Our spacious 5th-floor balcony overlooked the pool and the beach.
The location is a bit out of the way; no public transportation, so best if you drive.
The breakfast buffet has too few choices. Hope you like Thai food!

UUtente ospiteที่พักค่อนข้างโอเคค่ะแต่ดูเก่าไปหน่อย ตอนไปห้องที่จัดให้พัดลมดูดอากาศเสียห้องอับมาก แต่ป้าที่ดูเขาเปลี่ยนให้ ตอนกางคืนกิ้งกือเยอะค่ะมีเข้าห้องมาด้วย เราค่อนข้างซีเรียสเพราะมีเด็กเล็กค่ะ อยากให้ดูแลเรื่องนี้เพิ่มหน่อย
อาจจะควบคุมไม่ได้ทั้งหมด แต่ถ้าปล่อยไว้กิ้งกืออาจจะไม่ได้แค่เข้าห้องค่ะ
อาจจะเข้าหู ยิ่งถ้าเด็กวัยกำลังซนหยิบเข้าปากนี่มีปัญหาแน่ๆค่ะ
โดยรวมอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดีค่ะเมื่อเทียยกับราคา มีความเป็นส่วนตัวดีค่ะ

UUtente ospiteLove the view and privacy. The sea is clear and beautiful. The temperature in the afternoon inside the bubble is too hot to resist. Karaoke is too loud, they sing since 4 - 9 pm. You can hear the voice from everywhere in the island 😅 But I'll come back again since I love the nature here 🥰

YYuriy B.Мы провели вчетвером (двое взрослых и двое детей) 4 ночи в этом уютном отеле, и нам понравилось. Отель немного старенький, но это только добавляет атмосферности. Место рассчитано скорее на бизнес-группы, подтверждением этому большие конференц-залы в основном корпусе. Но во время нашего пребывания в отеле практически не было людей, пока не приехала какая-то китайская команда по гребле – приходя на завтрак мы видели еще 2-3 человека – и все. И такое одиночество стало приятным и необычным сюрпризом.
Просторный двухуровневый номер с балконом с видом на бассейн, был и уютен, и удобен. Два кондиционера на каждом уровне, рабочее место, хороший душ, отличные матрасы, ежедневная уборка с пополнением воды и чайных принадлежностей.
Завтрак обычный для Таиланда, без особых изысков, но голодными не останетесь. Готовят по запросу глазунью или омлет.
В отеле прекрасный большой бассейн на любой уровень пловцов – глубина с одной стороны 3 метра, есть лягушатник для малышей. Возле бассейна работает бар где можно заказать напитки, еду из ресторана и даже заварить быстрорастворимую лапшу. Все это за более чем адекватный прайс.
Если вам надоела тайская еда, то справа от ресепшн в главном корпусе находится классный ресторан Fresco – по доступным ценам там красиво подают как местные, так и европейские блюда.
Отдельно стоит рассказать про само место Мае Пим – вас ждет ласковое море без волн, большое количество ресторанов с местной кухней на любой кошелек, рыбный рынок, где за небольшую доплату вам приготовят морепродукты-гриль. В 3 минутах ходьбы 7-Eleven. Практическим полное отсутствие других туристов – полное ощущение умиротворенности и покоя.
Из минусов отеля – пожалуй только слабо работающий, и вечно отваливающийся wi-fi. Еще в номере нет сейфа. Так же персонал не очень говорит на английском, но это компенсируется их дружелюбием, и готовностью помочь.
