Quando sono arrivato presto circa 12 plus e ho intenzione di mettere il mio bagaglio con l'hotel come so è troppo presto per l'ispezione. Il ricevitore dell'hotel mi ha detto che posso fare tutto il lavoro di carta prima e ho chiesto il piano alto. Quando tornai all'hotel 3 più, mi fu dato il primo piano (fyi. il primo piano significa andare a due piani) e mi fu detto da un altro ricevitore che non aveva preso alcuna possibilità e non c'era alcuna nota sulla mia richiesta.

La posizione è grande. Ha una bella vista sul centro e sulle montagne circostanti. Ampio parcheggio, che è un grande bonus considerando che è davvero difficile trovare parcheggio gratuito a Queenstown! Il personale era bello e amichevole. La stanza è buona, ha un po' di odore, probabilmente il mattone ha bisogno di una pulizia profonda. Alcuni impianti sono obsoleti ma ancora in ordine di lavoro. In generale, abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno. 😊

Swiss Belsuites was our favourite accommodation across the 9 accommodations we stayed during our holiday in New Zealand! We absolutely love how spacious the place is. Huge cooking space with a comfortable living room with a large L-shaped sofa made for many nights in to cook our own dinner, which was made even easier with the provision of two dishwashing machines and almost every cooking equipment/cutleries you may need. It is also the only accommodation where we got to enjoy using a smart TV where we could easily use our own subscription accounts (via scanning QR codes) to stream videos during our dinners. The bedroom is also really comfortable and the toilet was very clean as well. We also had our washing machine and dryer, which was really useful as we were in New Zealand for two weeks. The best part of our stay was the view of Lake Wakitipu which we could enjoy from our living room. Was such a great stay that we were so sad to check out at the end. Highly recommended!!

The kettle was really unhygienic. And I asked to change for a new one. The bathtub was pretty old as well. But the hotel service was quite good, I would say could be better, depends on which staff, they have a lot of staff. Location 10mins driving from city.

Andarono sul balcone e ci incontrammo con queste splendide viste.
Il tempo che abbiamo visitato (may) significava che era un po' troppo freddo per uscire sul balcone per troppo tempo, ma le viste che ci piacevano dalla finestra erano magnifiche.
Quando la prima arrivava, la signora era molto gentile e utile.
Abbiamo chiesto un letto doppio e avevano ricevuto due letti singoli, e lei ha contattato rapidamente le signore della casa e si sono mosse molto gentilemente per aiutare a correggere la situazione.
Il personale di custodia era bello e piacevole, e la posizione era giusta per uscire e visitare alcune delle attrazioni locali come il parco avicolo Kiwi.
Il grande plus per stare nei appartamenti di alta vista era di avere un parcheggio. Quando si visita la città delle regine scoprirà presto che in alcuni luoghi trovare un parcheggio è come polvere d'oro.

Friendly staff, but run down hotel… The latches on our windows were broken and hence we could not rest due to noise levels on the street. I alerted the hotel for them to say their “technician” had fixed it. It was not fixed and I had to DIY improve the seal by using cardboard. It’s like staying in a cheap motel and paying $1000/night unfortunately. Our room was a “mountain view” suite, I’ve included photos below for you to judge whether that’s a mountain view.

There is no air con at all and the reception is only willing to provide one fan (our room has two beds placed in separate rooms). We tried opening the windows but a lot of mosquitoes and various bugs flew in, and you can kind of see the remnants of squashed bugs on the ceilings and walls. We had to sleep with the windows closed which made it quite hot as we went in the summer.
Despite this we do have good things to say about the room. The location is very convenient and close to the town centre, the room is clean and there are sufficient amenities. Not a bad stay for its price.

L'ambiente è bello, questo paradiso è davvero buono nel centro della città, il prezzo è buono, e la cucina pubblica può mostrarsi grande, perché mangiare un pasto nel ristorante della città reale è molto costoso, ma dobbiamo prestare attenzione a non avere un bagno privato, E'una cosa molto dolorosa se va al bagno di notte fredda.

CCharm-Pros: the hotel room was really clean and spacious
Location was good, really near the main shops area
Cons: the hotel informed there was no parking available as their carpark was full and it was first come first serve. So guests are expected to circle the hotel vicinity for a lot when they arrive? Especially when it’s stated that parking is available onsite.
Front desk staff was really rude with an attitude. She suggested street parking but I told her I wasn’t comfortable with parallel parking and she just got really rude with a take it or leave it attitude. We booked two rooms but she only gave one room’s card and I had to remind her for the other room’s card.
Anyways. The hotel is a maze where we had to take lift to a different level, walk to a different building and take another lift to get to the room. Abit creepy for solo travellers.
Overall; the rooms are well maintained but beware of the lack of parking + rude staff

The bed smelled of fresh linen and the duvet was nice. The kitchen ? Wow !! It was amazing , clean and huge !! It was like a chef kitchen on one of the shows. I recommend this place to anyone, it was great !! The staff was great !! I will b back here again !!!

L'hotel è moderno, pulito e ben mantenuto, con camere spaziose che offrono splendide viste sulle montagne. Il letto era molto confortevole e le strutture in camera, tra cui una cucina e un lavandino, erano un grande bonus.
La posizione è eccellente, vicino all'aeroporto, negozi e ristoranti, ma tranquillo e tranquillo. È anche una base conveniente per esplorare Queenstown e le aree circostanti. Il personale è stato amichevole e utile, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Pros:
- Spotless and well-maintained room.
- Room with two double beds was spacious and perfect for four adults.
- 24-hour reception for assistance at any time.
- Convenient access to public transport, with a bus stop (Bus 1) about an 8-minute walk away.
- Great dining options, including in-room dining and a restaurant with stunning views of the lake.
- Unobstructed, picturesque lake views from rooms on level 4.
- Courtyard with seating areas with beautiful views.
- Swimming pools.
Cons:
- The hotel is located on an uphill slope, which might be inconvenient for some who is not driving.
- No balcony to enjoy the view outdoors in room.
- No microwave in the room.
It offers a pleasant and comfortable stay. The beautiful lake views and great dining options make it worthwhile. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends!

However, staffs may need more training. I have booked two nights but in separate bookings and staffs was good to let me stay in the same room. But they dont release that the room key was deactivated even I told them my situation.

Ssuper酷酷鴨Dopo due giorni, è molto buona la posizione. Sceglietela perché c'è un parcheggio gratuito dalla presentazione. Attualmente, questo hotel Ting ha 3～ 4 parcheggio davanti alla porta. Prima, o dovrete andare a Hamilton Road per cercare (spesso pieno). Non è molto importante che vi sia una resistenza alla lavatrice di capelli. Comfortabile, oltre a questo, è possibile dare punti molto alti. Il Qinggao ha un codice di buona pratica con alcune attrazioni. Puoi chiedere alla reception di ottenere. Se è un singolo, consigliera'molto la loro famiglia.

JJon HaseoOverall our stay in Copthrone hotel is amazing! Thank you Copthorne team! You guys are awesome! We got the family deluxe room with lake view - got 2 king beds, stayed for 6 days 5 nights. And it’s spacious! The view is stunning and loving it! There’s a gym and spa pool (need to reserve beforehand) inside the hotel! And there some parking in the hotel, you can park behind suburbs st if the car park is full. The room is warm and I really like the bed, it’s not too soft and give 2 pillows per person. Also there’s laundry service using coins, you also can change it from the reception if you do not have any cash. Toilet is nice, also have great water pressure. It would be great if they can provide utensils and plates. We did some groceries but there’s no equipment to use. Definitely will return to this hotel if I come to Queenstown again.

Queenstown Lakefront the room is clean and basic the bed comfortable l had a good sleep the room to big even had a good seating area coffee tea in the room TV had variety of choices however the bathroom that not that great they need to get rid of that bath basin I am not sure what is purpose? The shower curtain so cheap common if you charge your guests a top dollars you can afford a decent shower curtain it New Zealand not a 3rd world country. All the Wi-fi so terrible even basic email take time to download also what is deposit for if you don't have any minibar in the room? I think all those can improve a good management I had pizz one night taste good anyway this Queenstown accommodation always in short that way they don't care still a good place to crush a big hot two.

Pros
I shared a female dorm with three other women and had a great time getting to know those coming in and out. The shared bathroom was always clean (cleaned every day).
The communal kitchen is large and well-organised. You can make use of condiments that get left behind. As it was still cold, there are always fires burning both in reception and the common room. It makes the atmosphere very cosy.
The best service I got was from their information desk, which is located in the reception area. As I didn't have a credit card and businesses like Snowbiz in town don't accept cash, I was able to pay for ski passes and rental by making a booking at the service desk (they have a card machine and also accept cash).
Cons
This side of the hostel where my room was located, just experiences a lot of noise, as there are bars down below, despite the sliding door being sound-proof. Not all the reading lamps for each bed work and also need to be fixed. The shower leaked a lot of water, as the glass door doesn't properly close.
Overall though, a great stay and value for money. You do save on accommodation, as QT is an expensive town to visit.
