"Overall for us excellent, easy to eccess to everywhere. The place we stayed was clean, comfortable. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while still feeling like peaceful retreat. Can’t say much as we stayed only for one night and didn’t have any time to venture out but the place worth saving, all the utensils are complete, can cook there, expensive view, affordable house, beautiful, simple and also great. Additionally, the hosts were incredibly responsive and welcoming, ensuring our stay was smooth from start to finish. Whether you’re planning a family vacation or gateway with friends, this is the perfect place to stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, comfortable and enjoyable experience. Love it…"

"Room is spacious with all basic facilities. Bed is comfy. Hotel staff are helpful. Check in process is quite smooth. Location is near to shopping mall and easy to locate. Value for money if have discount.
Parking is LPR system but you still need to validate at reception and pay RM 4 per entry. Not convenient for hotel guest that need multiples in and out. Room and facilities are quite old (estimate more than 10 years). Out of three lifts from main lobby to rooms, only one lift is working. Hotel didn't provide towel, only delivered after requested. The link bridge that connected hotel to the mall as well as most of the access already closed, so need to walk quite a distance to the nearby mall (eCurve, IPC, IKEA, The Curve)"

"The location is a bit challenging to find, but once you enter the building, especially the lobby, it's breathtakingly luxurious. The room itself is incredibly convenient, with the air conditioning feeling refreshingly cold.
When we noticed our refrigerator wasn't functioning well, we informed the staff, and within five minutes, a maintenance service agent arrived with a new fridge—truly top-notch service. We made use of the pans to prepare a delightful breakfast of ramen and sausage. This stay was absolutely perfect.
I will definitely return and even consider giving gifts to others, as it's such a convenient and aesthetically pleasing experience!
However, one downside was that the water heater wasn't functioning well. I didn't manage to contact them about it, but believe me, the staff are incredibly helpful."

Breakfast buffet was also good because you got to choose variety of food and not just regular Malaysian breakfast like nasi lemak or roti canai but they also served Chinese & Arabic foods for breakfast!

"This is my second stay here. The room is clean and comfortable, making it nice to sleep in. The aircon works very well and keeps the room super cool. The environment was quieter during my previous stay, but this time I could hear some noise from the opposite room. Overall, still a pleasant stay."

"First the good part. This hotel is superbly located at has a direct link to the 1 Utama Mall which is full of shops and restaurant outlets. The room is spacious and very well kept although the bed is a little too hard. Breakfast variety was also very good.
The bad part. At check in, I was told there was a RM20 “deposit” payable. So I paid this in cash. At check out, I asked for the return of the deposit and was told that what I paid for was not a “deposit” but a tourism tax.
I told the staff that all taxes (including the tourism tax) were fully paid when I booked on trip.com. I also showed the booking details on the app proving that the tourism tax was included in the total amount I paid for.
I was asked to show the receipt before they could refund me. As I was rushing to the airport, I had to leave the hotel without the refund.
The staff should be better trained to inform guests on what they are actually paying for (whether it’s a deposit or a tax).
And the staff should also know from their system if all taxes have been paid for or if any excess should be collected. Not everything is a “deposit” which is highly misleading.
While it was a good overall stay, this incident left a negative impression."

I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. The facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained — everything from the lobby to the room was impressive. One of the biggest pluses was the free parking, which made our stay so much more convenient, especially since we were driving.
The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. "Ecco la mia recensione onesta!
Lo studio è molto pulito e molto pulito. Per il prezzo, è super valsa , soprattutto intorno a Damansara dove la maggior parte dei luoghi inizia da RM160 e ancora non offrono molto o non sono così puliti.
L'unità è dotata di un asciugacapelli, ferro, mini frigo, microonde e un set completo di cucina, senza forno, ma abbastanza per una semplice cena. L'aria condizionata è fredda, Netflix è disponibile (solo per accedere con il tuo account), e la piscina ha una bella vista 🥰 sicuramente un bonus!
Cons: Il rilascio del bagno aveva un leggero odore e la pressione dell'acqua era un po' bassa (forse sono stato usato solo per rendere l'acqua più forte a casa hehe 😅). L'ascensore era anche un po' lento da aspettare 10 –15 min. Ma onestamente, non molto. Still worth it if you’re looking for a clean, comfy stay on a budget 👍🏻"

TTs. Dr. Alia Amira Abd RahmanTutto era bene. Mi piacevano sempre i loro cookie caldi. L'unica cosa che era fuori era il punto di raccolta di Grab. Era al livello LG3, quindi devi andare tutto il cammino fino al punto di raccolta che è buono odore e lontano. Vorrei che la direzione potesse fare qualcosa sul punto di raccolta, e sarebbe meglio che il punto fosse posto vicino all'ascensore.
A parte questo, penso che tutto sia buono!
Le varietà selezionate su buffet diffuso. Sono anche servite di gelatina al mattino!

CChrisLSLI booked 3 room x 2 nights for my brother’s birthday celebration and we had really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Service is top notch! Moses have helped us with the luggage when we were arrived. Thiban at the receptionist desk who served us was friendly and tried his best to accommodate our request. The check in process was smooth and quick. We also received a delicious birthday cake which brightened up our stay. Kids were excited to play at the kids club and swimming pool. For adults, there’s gym and sauna facilities. Hotel is connected to shopping mall which is great for shopping and eateries. The room is spacious comes with big TV with screen sharing and a magnetic wireless charger, a big plus for those who want to watch the show on their own choice and people like me who forgot to bring phone charger. Breakfast has abundant food and variety of choices. Nasi lemak is the best. Just the hotel didn’t provide free parking, you need to pay MYR15 per day. Other than that we were satisfied with our stay. We would definitely come back again for staycation.

LLucidoMolto confortevole e tranquillo,zona un po lontqno da tutto ma é ció che cercavamo,la piscina aveva l'acqua torbida e non invitava a bagnarsi,la palestra ben attrezzata anche se la zona dove si trova é vecchia e trascurata,odore di muffa,la sauna e lo spa non operativi....un peccato,il nome dell'hotel meriterebbe un po piú di attenzione a questi particolari.Buffet colazione spettacolare

C'era un problema con la nostra prenotazione a buffet, e anche se il personale aveva offerto inizialmente alternative alla carta, erano limitati ai ristoranti cinesi o giapponesi , che ho già menzionato prima non eravamo interessati. Nonostante ciò, le stesse opzioni sono state promesse, e la mia famiglia, i nostri figli, aveva già aspettato più di 30 minuti.
Il signor Sinan si è personalmente messo in piedi, ha riconosciuto l'inconveniente e ha preso un'azione immediata. Ci ha offerto un'alternativa al cibo in un altro ristorante che aveva una più ampia gamma di opzioni tra cui pizza e altri pasti a favore dei bambini che rendevano i bambini molto felici. Successivamente ci ha fornito graziosamente gli aggiornamenti di sala complimentaria come sostituzione per l'esperienza di buffet mancante.
La sua attenzione, la rapida soluzione dei problemi e la vera cura del nostro comfort hanno trasformato una situazione frustrante in un'esperienza molto positiva e memorabile. Apprezziamo davvero il servizio eccezionale e ritorneremo certamente per l'ospitalità in sostanza.

La stanza era di base ma decente per il prezzo; pulito abbastanza con gli essenziali. Grande per un breve soggiorno se stai aspettando qualcosa vicino, anche se non aspettare niente di fantasia.

Should check that all items for use should be in tip top conditions- the 2 hair dyers were not working. We had to wait till the next day to report at the reception counter. The housekeeping lady brought one in good working condition after several minutes.
The TV is disappointing- twice the reception guy tried to fix it but it was not working -what appeared on the tv screen was upside down!!
Overall, the beds, shower and toilet system all are good!
