L'appartamento ha 2 camere da letto, una cucina, un bagno e due terrazze sul tetto. C'è un parcheggio privato e tutto è raggiungibile a piedi - centro storico di Sassnitz, porto di Sassnitz, scogliere di gesso, stazione ferroviaria, supermercato, ...... Appartamento individuale con due terrazze sul tetto. L'appartamento si trova all'ultimo piano di un edificio residenziale (c'è uno studio dentistico al primo piano). Si prega di notare che ci sono due mansardati nel retro della cucina e nella camera da letto. È possibile parcheggiare direttamente dietro la casa. C'è anche un capannone dove è possibile parcheggiare le biciclette. Sono sempre raggiungibile tramite Airbnb e nelle emergenze urgenti anche telefonicamente. L'appartamento si trova in un edificio residenziale ed è perfetto anche per chi viaggia senza auto, in quanto la stazione ferroviaria è raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi.
