"Excellent hotel across the street from a new Wanda Shopping Mall. It's modern, clean, and friendly. The breakfast is good serving both western and Chinese style food. The coffee is delicious, and the floor managers give excellent service. The front desk is very helpful and friendly. This is our second time to stay there, but it will not be our last. Oh... The bed is very comfortable. I'm not sure I ever turned over the first night we slept there."

"First of all , I struggled to find hotels in Jinzhou due to my age . I’m legally emancipated but not 18 yet so it was hard to find hotels convenient for me . Hopefully, I talked with the staff of the hotel and they handled this issue with immigration service . Secondly, I’m a foreigner and a lot of hotels don’t accept foreigners so I was so happy to find this one . The receptionist was patient and kind too . I had a good experience and will recommend to my friends. I hope I will come back soon 😊👌🏾"

"Abbiamo soggiornato a Hilton per la maggior parte del nostro soggiorno in Cina questa volta.L'unico commento cattivo che ho e non c'è soluzione è la stanza di oltre 30 gradi. Abbiamo soggiornato con due bambini e abbiamo notato al di fuori come sono calde le camere e sono state raccontate prima di spegnere l'AC e sono stati dato a un fan. Il fan è inutile e molto alto, quindi non migliora la situazione. Non sono sicuro se sia una questione Hilton o tutti gli hotel di jinzhou. Era solo a Hilton a Pechino/ zhuhai/ desiderio e non aveva quel problema."

"從服務設施還有管理，就是快捷酒店的水準，但是價格不便宜！暑假帶孩子自駕電動車去錦州旅遊，特意選了個有充電樁的酒店，在地下車庫，地方不大，全是慢充，重點是管理混亂，車輛亂停，沒有空餘車位就堵在車位前面，而且是酒店的工作人員！下雨天還有積水在地下車庫裡！前台和客房服務中規中矩，晚上不到九點要用個水果刀，前台還很為難，雖然最後也送來了，感覺很勉強！酒店走廊電梯裏煙味很大，路過辦公室，能看見酒店工作人員開着門吸煙！房間裏沒有保險箱，其他設施還算齊全，要熨衣服得去洗衣房。隔壁就是全季酒店，白玉蘭酒店，樓下有京東超市，而且在市中心購物非常方便，重點是離兩大夜市更近，走路三五分鐘就能到。夜市確實很熱鬧，飯包烤雞皮培根卷都挺好吃，但是有一家炒年糕和米腸不好吃，豆皮串也一般比較鹹。由於下雨，沒去成早市，筆架山風景區也沒去成，有想去筆架山的一定要提前看潮汐表，計算好時間。在錦州吃了兩頓燒烤：御燒烤和老白清真燒烤，説實話真的味道差不多，就是老白家羊肉串上來是七八分熟的，每桌都有炭火爐可以自己烤。但是老白家排隊人巨多，我們下午一點多去，全天的號都沒有了，雖然可以公眾號老白燒烤取號，但是二人的號不能網上取，還是第二天早上十點四十到店裡排的，十一點開餐等了半個小時才吃上。整體感覺錦州人民的服務意識都不太有，價格也不便宜，包括餐飲和酒店的。帶兒子體驗了一下東北的洗浴，離酒店很近幾百米。對搓澡讚不絕口，而且價格便宜！"

"We had to scramble to Jinzhou due to medical emergency from overseas. We happened to book this hotel in a great hurry and it was truly the only thing that helped us preserve our sanity at a very fraught time. It was also our first time using trip.com as I could not find much options in Jinzhou on ***********, my long time app of choice. I was worried about how things would turn out since I didn't know if I could trust trip.com or fully research my options as we had to rush to pack as well. As it turned out, I'm 100% sure that no other hotel in 4th tier Jinzhou city could have given us the experience, comfort and ambience that Manxin Hotel did. I don't say that lightly as a seasoned international traveller who's stayed at many types of hotels/guesthouses/motels over the years, it takes *a lot* to impress us enough to earn my praise and endorsement in a review. Manxin Hotel felt like a small boutique hotel feel with 3 floors of rooms. It was only opened in Jan 2024, so it really feels nice and new with a high ceiling foyer /lounge area. The rooms are huge with huge floor to ceiling windows. Although it's next to a train station, the triple glazed windows amazingly cut out most of the noise. The beds were very comfortable, with great toiletries, great Laifun hairdryer and free drinks replenished daily. Even the tea bags they provided were of great quality. We stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks so we were very happy to be able to use the complimentary washing machine service which saved me the hassle of having to hand wash my clothes daily in my room! There were some drainage issues in the shower but the hotel staff did try to sort out the problem. There's also a spacious gym available for those who are fitness fanatics. The hotel breakfast had great variety with quality coffee (not easy to find good coffee in China). They even had a singer in the foyer 3 nights a week. Though I usually love listening to live music, the singers were students who were not quite able to deliver a performance befitting the old world charm and ambience of the hotel foyer. Any hotel can have the best of facilities but often fall short on the service front. Since we were staying there for 2 weeks, we often had to deal with the hotel staff on a daily basis. We found them to be very competent, sincere, friendly, understanding and helpful for the most part, willing to do all that they could to assist us during our time of considerable distress and strain due to our family emergency. Even the housekeeping staff and the lady clearing plates in the breakfast area were warm and helpful! As foreigners , we would sometimes need help with paperwork, scanning, photocopying, and other assistantance communicating with the outside world to make arrangements for international medical evacuation, WeChat/Alipay tutorials etc. We will always be grateful to the staff for all their efforts to assist in our time of need. In particular, we would like to thank Sales manager XY Yang and duty manager Hong for their tireless assistance and consideration. If we were to go to Jinzhou again, Manxin hotel would absolutely be our only choice."

"這次錦州之行選擇了這個蘭歐酒店，我最滿意，臨時加差價換了家庭房，空間很大，服務態度很好，熱情周到！屋裡的水喝沒了酒店也會免費再給。 這個酒店是在一個大廈裏面，10樓，樓下有停車場很大，沒感覺停車不方便什麼的，退房的時候告訴前台，他們酒店給交車費，之前住其他酒店也有專用停車場，但是得自己花錢。 來錦州，逛了夜市，吃了燒烤，吃的很好，住的也好，下次還來！"
