The entire property was impeccably clean, making my stay even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help. They went the extra mile by offering assistance proactively—whether guiding me or simply checking in to ensure everything was perfect. Their attentiveness added a personal touch that made me feel truly valued as a guest. I was also deeply impressed by their honesty and efficiency. When I realized I had left an item behind, I called the hotel, and 小徐 (Xiao Xu) at the front desk confirmed within seconds that it had been safely kept. She even arranged for it to be delivered to me the very next day—such outstanding service! Thanks to this wonderful experience, I will definitely choose Mercure hotels again in the future. 這次入住體驗真的超棒，必須給個滿分好評！ 位置特別好，離地鐵站步行衹要5分鐘，去周邊景點和商圈都很方便，晚上回來也很安全。酒店大堂乾淨大氣，前台小姐姐辦理入住速度快，態度還特別親切，會主動介紹周邊的美食和路線。 房間比想象中寬敞，裝修風格簡約又温馨，床上用品乾淨舒適，睡得特別香。衞生間乾濕分離做得很到位，熱水充足水温穩定，洗漱用品質量也不錯。最驚喜的是隔音效果，晚上完全聽不到外面的噪音，這點太加分了！ 早餐種類挺豐富的，中西式都有，味道也在線，尤其是現做的麪條，熱乎乎的超滿足。退房時前台還送了小伴手禮，細節滿滿。 性價比這麼高的酒店，下次來肯定還選這裏，強烈推薦給大家！

Si consiglia all'hotel di riinstallare il gusto di ogni camera per risolvere completamente il problema del gusto, altrimenti gli ospiti vivranno meno.

Just stayed in this Atour hotel for two weeks on a business trip. I’d previously stayed at the Vienna next door. Atour is a level above. Staff were great. No English spoken but all very helpful and phone translator apps work well. The hotel and rooms were spotless. Breakfast is typically Chinese. Good choice of stir fried dishes, baozi, fruit, etc and a good coffee machine. Did I say the staff were very helpful? My colleague needed once and fork as he can’t use chopsticks. After his first day they got them for him automatically. Location….down side street off a main road. 15 minutes walk to Stone if you want a great steak. 15 minutes walk a different way to the walking street. It’s quite central in the city. I’ll be visiting Dongtai regularly and after trying 3 different hotels before here I’ve found my go-to hotel.

My 2nd time in Dongtai, 1st time in Leida hotel. It looked good on the website. 1st impressions were good. Even though the staff spoke very limited English they checked me in efficiently (I do speak some Chinese but if you don't it's okay). The rooms are a good size and the big picture windows give great views over the public lake/park. the only downside was the faint aroma of stale cigarette smoke in the room but this is China and unfortunately to be expected. The downside was the breakfast was very Chinese and though I love the cuisine here I'm not a lover of Chinese breakfast. It would have been better if the cook knew how to make fried eggs in different styles than just solid yokes and they invested in a good coffee machine. The coffee was in a flask....and was white....I didn't even try the bit I poured into a cup. The positive is Wuyue Plaza is a 10 minute stroll and has a Starbucks and MacDonalds! I had a look at the gym and pool. Gym was 10 yuan, pool was 40. Both looked okay. The hotel grounds needed a bit of a tidy up but were okay. I couldn't find direct access into the lake/park area but then I was only there 2 nights. The big convenience was Wuyue Plaza. The top floor was restaurants. A decent selection. Towards the back on the outside walking street was a decent little bar (Black Vine). Nice manager, 8 craft beer taps, lots of bottled beer. Yes, I'd stay here again as it suited my purpose.

非常值得推薦喔，到東台出差偶然的機遇發現了這家酒店，結果體驗感真的超出了預想，首先前台人員的服務真的熱情，進門就打招呼，給人親切的感覺，然後房間真的寬敞又明亮，感覺得有三四十平，還要特別贊一下酒店拖鞋，真的是在住過的酒店當中算很好的了，防滑質量還很好，另外酒店早餐也很豐盛，水果小食牛奶齊全，總之是非常滿意的一次體驗

酒店一下高速就到了，然後來到酒店感覺環境很優美，酒店周邊很大，有很多花草和樹，前台陳宇婷服務很好，酒店上面和負一樓都可以停車，後面還有很多充電樁，負一樓也有慢充，大堂很泰式風格偏復古，房間也很復古寬敞明亮，乾淨，推薦！

房間寬敞，設施齊全，雖然是老酒店，但在衞生間配置了智能馬桶蓋。環境一流，後花園極大。餐廳供應東台特色菜，手藝不錯。早餐魚湯麪，東台大包，非常驚艷。性價比較高。停車方便，工作人員待客熱情，退房還送了伴手禮。
