"Un hotel a 5* per clienti cinesi, non ospiti internazionali.
Le strutture dell'hotel sono molto belle con camere da letto e il parco intorno all'hotel è un vero plus. Propongono anche molte attività. Da quel lato, questo è fino a standard intercontinentali o anche al di sopra.
Tuttavia, ci sono stati tre punti che sono stati deludenti e per noi non sono al massimo standard per un hotel di 5 stelle:
- nessun personale di lingua inglese è accettabile per un marchio internazionale. Non potevamo comunicare alla reception o al ristorante.
- si menziona che 4 ristoranti sono aperti sul sito web e nell'area pubblica (1 giapponese, 1 cinese, 1 buffet e 1 internazionale), mentre in realtà solo 2 sono stati aperti: il cinese e l'internazionale. Quest'ultimo non è conforme alla norma internazionale: nessun menu di dessert, solo menu di bevande disponibili in cinese e la qualità è stata media al massimo.
- Il servizio per cibo e bevande è generalmente molto lento (1ora per ottenere hamburger mentre è l'unico cliente/ +30mn per ottenere bevande al bar) anche se il personale è bello."

我們三年前也來住過一次，那會兒服務水平和態度就有所下降了。有看到服務人員熟悉的面孔，但是有很多年輕人員感覺缺乏培訓，感覺服務人員整體比較鬆散慵懶。同時，早餐也越來越難吃了，基本上都是預製。晚餐的價格比較貴，所以我們選擇出酒店吃非常方便，味道也很好。花無百日紅，希望可以再把價格降下來一點，明顯已經跟不上以前的品質了。但是酒店的景色還是一如既往的美，地段實在是太好了。我們連住的兩個早上都有5:00多爬起來看日出，再走一遍所有的小島，感覺非常美妙。"

"It’s was our first time in the resort stay only one night but our stay was very pleasant tks to all the staff very helpful, we booked garden view but they help us upgrade to lake view and special tks to MAKSIM for his hospitality and help,

The room very clean and comfortable, the restaurant have very good and testy food, the breakfast buffet was great.

"這是我第一次給一間民宿評論這麼多字，哈哈哈~因為滿意，所以希望更多人能有體驗到這間民宿帶來的魅力~
房間，大小剛合適，有淋浴間和浴缸，衞生間整體空間很大，每天早上還有晨光喚醒服務😊這幾天千島湖的天氣都更好；
環境，非常靜謐的民宿，偶爾能聽到蟬鳴，看到小貓散步，院子裏還有自己種的辣椒果蔬之類的，後面有個大草坪，適合狗狗玩耍；
地理位置，在我做了半個月攻略之後選擇的這個民宿最大的理由就是它距離我要去的遊玩目的地都很近，最遠的50分鐘也都能搞定。雖然它不在千島湖鎮上，但是遠離城市的喧鬧，尋覓心中的安靜是這次旅途的重要目的，我覺得這家民宿給了我想要的舒適感，所以都能親近大自然了，誰還會在意是否能叫得到外賣呢；
服務，蘇老闆非常專業的服務，時刻都在為顧客着想，為我的滑翔傘計劃和漂流遊玩省下一筆不小的費用，非常感謝，還蹭飯了一頓美味的晚餐。也很感謝小哥哥超“e”人的熱情服務，為我們的旅途增添了不一樣的光彩。還被阿姨的一手好菜驚艷到，一🐔兩吃，我覺得是必點菜，雖然有點小貴，但是值得一試哦！
就像其他的旅客説的，我們往往不是因為民宿的設施，樣貌愛上這間民宿，而且因為在這裏服務的人愛上這間民宿，很幸運在這裏度過的四天三晚，很難忘，很開心😁

"Arrivammo in pomeriggio e siamo stati rapidamente controllati. Eravamo felici di ricevere un aggiornamento gratuito e qualche regalo per i bambini.
Le camere erano spaziose, ben tenute e luminose, e avevamo una vista magnifica sul lago nonostante il pioggia.
La sala da letto dei bambini era molto impressionante. Ci sono state ore di divertimento per il giovane, che ha visitato ogni giorno del nostro soggiorno. Il personale era particolarmente gentile e utile. Kate e Huan erano molto utile. Erano molto amichevoli e guardavano bene il nostro bambino.
La colazione e la cena erano molto lunghe, e ci sono state opzioni cinese e occidentali, quindi tutti erano soddisfatti.

"È un hotel di soli 3 anni, ma tutto sembra molto indossato. La piscina è bella, ma non quanto sulle foto. I bambini sono belli per bambini sotto 5. Ma per il resto, non vale davvero la pena 5 stelle. La struttura della stanza è piuttosto strana.Abbiamo prenotato una camera di famiglia superiore con 1 letto regina e 1 singolo. La dimensione è buona con un balcone. Ma c'è solo una sedia sul balcone. Il bagno si trova direttamente sul letto e la doccia. Non c'è privacy per gli ospiti che condividono la stanza. Anche con il vostro bambino, merita una privacy, immagino. La tavola lavatrice è proprio accanto al letto, che è anche strano. Il design generale non è ben pensato per me. La sala da colazione è grande, ma la qualità dei cibi è deludente (non la peggiore, ma certamente non la migliore per una 5 stelle). La signora che si trova davanti alla sala da colazione per accogliere gli ospiti è sempre grumi. Il prezzo è troppo alto per quello che si ottiene in generale. Ma comunque, l'isola è troppo costoso per quello che può offrire. Non tornerà presto.
E il bagno nella nostra stanza puzza un po'."

MMaarten WillemsVery friendly and super helpful host family. Delicious prepared meals at times when desired indoor or outdoor. Tips for the area. Comfortable, modern room with beautiful furniture, bathroom incl freestanding bathtub in the room and beamer screen. Modern spacious building with warm and cozy feeling. TV. Bicycle could be parked on the property, use of new fairly new kayak gear with supported boat by the host and their friendly dogs. And lighting fireworks was also offered (for free) At departure, a goody bag with homemade snacks and fruit was provided. It was chilly in the lobby and eating area. We had to wear jackets indoor. Total it was very pleasant and we can definitely recommend it. Pets and kids are welcome.

UUtente ospiteThe room was very comfortable and spacious for the family of 4 of us. Unfortunately the weather was against us and rained everyday whole day during our visit and couldn’t go do sightseeing by foot.
The “guest bathroom” drain was releasing a very unpleasant stinky smell throughout our visit. Highly recommend to spend a few RMB and buy the drain smell problem solver (see picture attached). Promise it will solve the problem!! Installed it in all our apartments where we lived in China that had the same issue.
Our daughter (and us) enjoyed the playroom even though the a/c systems did not allow warm air to heat the room (setting was on hot= 35 degrees Celsius, high speed, but never went over 15 degrees Celsius). Cleanliness could be looked at, lots of human hair lying around.
Reception could possibly take an English course to accommodate non-Chinese speakers, but the language translator came in handy.
Breakfast was mainly Chinese like. But good variety, shouldn’t go hungry.

La splendida signora alla reception ci ha presentato i ristoranti con specialità locali. Ho cenato con i miei amici al famoso ristorante Yuwei sul lago Qiandao e il pasto mi è piaciuto moltissimo. Quando sono tornato in hotel la sera, la camera era molto curata, pulita e dotata di spuntini. La camera era pulita e igienica e il letto era molto comodo. L'hotel è dotato di palestra e piscina gratuite. Sebbene piccola, è completamente attrezzata, pulita e igienica. Il personale è entusiasta. Per motivi di tempo non ho potuto utilizzare la piscina. Esistono molte varietà di colazione. Durante il pasto, il personale ha servito caffè e tè nero. Il servizio sembrava a livello stellare. È un hotel che vale la pena consigliare.

AAnyaAbbiamo avuto un bel tempo a Voco! L'hotel è molto pulito e bellissimo. Le viste del lago sono splendide - soprattutto dal ristorante del colazione e dalla palestra. È possibile guardare il sole che si trova proprio sopra l'acqua. I membri del personale dell'hotel erano amichevoli e utili. Il colazione è delizioso e ci sono molte opzioni. Penso che i prezzi del ristorante per pranzo/dinnero siano un po' elevati, ma l'hotel è a pochi passi da altri ristoranti. Si trova sulla strada Yangguang, lungo una strada correndo/passeggiando vicino al lago. Sicuramente rimarrò qui se torno a Qiandaohu!

La reception non ha menzionato gli articoli speciali quando ho fatto il check-in. Ho chiesto informazioni il giorno dopo e mi è stato detto che alcuni di essi non erano collaborativi e non erano più disponibili.

Ho utilizzato le monete del gioco che mi erano state date per andare al parco divertimenti (lunedì 3 marzo, ore 10:30), ma era chiuso. Ho anche chiesto il biglietto per la bicicletta prima di riceverlo. Di conseguenza, il giorno dopo pioveva e non ci sono andato.
Suggerimento: non esporre oggetti che non sono disponibili e informa la reception degli orari di apertura del parco divertimenti. Alcuni turisti potrebbero voler semplicemente ammirare l'Hanfu, il che sembra un imbroglio per i consumatori.

AAlexander 压力山大The hotel is located in the best spot in the town, so you you'll find it very convenient roaming around from here. The place is surrounded by the best fish restaurants. There's a bike rental right in front of the hotel.
The room was clean is spacious. The shower is awesome in case you need to warm yourself up real quick after a winter walk. I strongly recommend to you to get a round corner room (ours was 2607) with the city view, in this case you'll have a purely magnificent panoramic view on the mountain valley to the Sunset side + city with the night city lights + a part of the lake (check out the photos).
The service was great. They brought us fruit as a Chinese New Year gift.
We had a late train back to Hangzhou and the weather was nasty outside, they agreed to let us stay until 20:00 for half the price.
The TV had a lot of movies in English, so it was great too. Breakfast was a typical Chinese one, but I found something for myself as well and it was enough.
The mini fridge was removed from the room for some weird reason, as I understand, since there's a place for it, but that's not a big deal.
We had an awesome time staying here and definitely will come here again soon!

GGeorgina-EmilyI cannot even begin to describe how amazing our stay was at The Deyishe Inn. The location itself is right on the lake with the most spectacular views. At night the sky was filled with stars creating the most romantic setting. The staff were friendly, kind, welcoming and made us feel at home. They cared about our needs and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best it could be and more. In the evening, we went and watched the local show, and the hotel helped us purchase the tickets and made sure we got there okay and were constantly making sure we had everything we needed. Located 10 minutes away from the local beer museum and town, it is also close enough to enjoy some tourist attractions while still giving the scene of escaping to paradise. If you want a getaway that is worth the money and will give you life-long memories, I cannot recommend The Deyishe Inn enough!

This hotel 🏨 is GORGEOUS. Absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t decide which photos to use for my photoshoot because there are so many great pictures. The hotel is perfect for instagram or social media.
The service 👨✈️ was amazing. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to all our needs. The manager went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.
The food 🍱 was delicious! There are many different choices and set options. We especially loved the fried pork.
Negatives: 😕
Location 📍you can’t hike or explore anywhere around this hotel. You are essentially stuck to this property. All activities are at least 30min-2 hour drive away.
Room design 🛏️ I included this in the photos, the bed is on a wooden stand with sharp edges and it’s very easily to run into it and forget it’s there. My bf and I both hit our shins pretty hard on it, it was painful.
Drinks🥂 it was my birthday and I wanted to enjoy some cocktails or champagne with this view, but you are limited to beer 🍺 only. Just bottled Budweiser and Tsingtao.
Overall, I’d stay again if I wanted to relax in peace for the weekend. Bring your own alcohol.
