非常温暖的旅館，太棒了！

Nice place, twin room was just what we needed and bathrooms/showers were fine. Bar below has nice food aswell, just make sure you double check your bill before paying. Location is ideal with a 5 min walk from train station and hostel staff are really helpful! Only issue we had was the music in the bar below which would blast till 1am. They’re check out time is 10am, think this is a bit unfair considering they are the ones keeping you awake till early hours. It is a nice hostel but we wouldn’t be able to stay here again due to noise from bar below.

Staff was amazing! Bed was super comfy! Bartenders Jonasz and Andy were great company as I was staying here solo, helpful with places to go and great communication skills! Overall 10/10 experience recommend for anyone wanting to stay close to center!

The central location is pretty hard to beat, plus there is a pub downstairs that serves food/alcohol until late, and is really popular among the locals. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the showers were very new and clean (although be aware they are shower stalls). We stayed in the Twin Room which was super small, but good enough for us since we didn't spend much time in it. It needed a super clean but wasn't incredibly dirty or anything. There is also a self catering kitchen with a fridge, microwave, etc. (but no oven) and many tables you can sit and eat at. If you're staying only for a couple of days in Interlaken and want a true "backpacking" experience then this place is hard to beat

pros: close to interlaken west station, common room big enough with fridge and microwave, open late for check in, clean and spacious room. cons: the entire lodge is made of wood, so every step you made will create noises for everybody, no lift at all which means if you come with big luggage, expect carry them by yourself or stay in lower floors.

Wir sind heute nach 13:30 Uhr rein und wollten etwas essen. Man hat uns erklärt, dass wir nichts mehr bekommen, da die Küche zu hat. Die unfreundliche Dame an der Bar hat mich darauf hingewiesen, dass ich doch früher aufstehen sollte...sorry! Das ist unfassbar unverschämt und frech!!! So etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Dann kam ihre Kollegin und meinte, dass es ja andere Restaurants in Interlaken gibt, die uns etwas zu essen servieren könnten. Gut dann eben nicht aber dann werden wir Ihr Hotel / Restaurant ab sofort meiden und auch nicht weiterempfehlen. Ich arbeite selber im Hotel und würde es mir nicht rausnehmen, so mit Gästen umzugehen....sehr unprofessionell.
