Indicated we were celebrating our anniversary and surprised with the lovely room decor. We’re given Xmas gifts too which was a really sweet bonus. Breakfast spread were ok, not much variety change over the 2 mornings.

Small hotel but has a great location. Breakfast was decent. Rooms were about old but functional

our family loves this hotel krebs alot, the staff were very kind & helpful . i left my handphone in room n the kind recep went to search for it ,😍 n kept it for me till i returned to hotel . would love to return to this cozy hotel if i got a chance in future location was a few min away from station , at corner there is a coop where drinks n snacks r easily available. hotel krebs restaurant serves kids meals on their menu as well . the waiters were attentive & they served excellent gruwine as well , loved their version. my kids adored the chubby resident black cat “ blackie” 😍 very clean rooms w amenities , good service , decent breakfasr spread, hv an elevator which is impt to us with big luggages.

food is good and locations fantastic , aware of restaurant waiters shortage and ultensils could be place within guest so they could help themself instead

Our 1st impression of Hotel Krebs was great! Reception was warm & explained in detail the hotel policies. Our room gives us a feel as though we are living in the lap of luxury! The perfect blend of size & style, we are amazed with their spaciousness & exquisite decor. They provide bedroom slippers provided, toothbrush, shaver & cream, cotton pad, safe, hair dryer, etc. These advanced amenities definitely make our stay nothing short of perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much! The location of the hotel was awesome. It's just a few minutes walk to the Interlaken West Station. There's also many different buses u can take to many different beautiful attractions like Lake Brienz. I have seen many reviews about the cheese fondue from their restaurant. We tried it too & was so in love with it. As we brought our 3.5yrs old child along, we can only have cheese fondue without alcohol. We replaced it with apple juice at an additional cost of 5chf. Indeed food was really good! And the waiters were really kind & friendly. They were very kind & patient with our little girl. She was given colouring materials for entertainment. Thanks to the waiters. We had lots of laughter while enjoying our meals. Oh yes, there's a big fluffy black cat who often patronise the hotel & restaurant. It usually sleeps on the first chair near the left of the entrance. Staff of the hotel & restaurant are really nice, loving little animals & taking care of them very well. Overall, it was a very wonderful experience staying here. We would gladly come back again!

The breakfast spread was decent and sufficient to fill up in the morning. Gotten free upgrade upon arrival. Staff were helpful and responsive on the assistance required. 4 min walk away from Interlaken west station. Very accessible but not suitable for light sleeper cos it is not a high rise building

Fantastic place to stay in interlaken. Hardly 4 minutes walk to interlaken west station. All restaurants/ shops / coop etc are just beside or across the road. Good service and good in room amenities. Highly recommended. Go for it We were family of 5 - 3 adults and 2 kids

3 mins walk from interlaken west station. Good location, with breakfast included was a plus point. Just that we do not have a good view room. Aside from that, we found a small spider upon check in. Pls note, travellers there is a flight of stairs to the hotel. There was no flat walkway. Their lift was the ancient kind, not very sure how to operate but was interesting and worked great. Staff was friendly and all good. We love interlaken and would love to be back again.

Location is superb, we've walked from Interlaken to Interlaken West, and among the hotels we've passed by and seen, this hotel has one of the best locations even though it's located at Interlaken West. Service were very good, they have very freshly served breakfast. We had dinner at their own restaurant, serving is really big, and food is really delicious. We enjoyed it alot. However, the hotel would need to do some future upgrading in terms of soundproofing and airflow in the room. Knowing that the aircon function is locked due to the air is colder on the outside, but it seems that there's not enough air ventilation in the room which creates some stuffiness during sleep, ending up we need to wake up in the middle of the night to open the window for ventilation. Having to leave the window open, had in turn create some sleepless night as the building is relatively low and we are a group of 2 ladies, though Switzerland is relatively safe but still we were afraid of people climbing in through the windows. 😅 Overall the stay is still pretty good.

Wonderful location and friendly staff. Only 3mins walk away from Interlaken west station, definitely will come back next time.

this hotel in about five minutes away from the interlaken west station. the beds and toilet were really nice. their breakfast is the good given it’s price point, and their muesli is a must try. the hotel will give you a local pass that allows you to travel for free in an area close to the district. please check the map as it could save you quite a bit of money from travelling!
