The hotel is next to snack street, not far from Dailian railway station. There are many shopping centers around. Lawson and KFC next door. The hotel is very generous with drinks, 4 bottle of water, 2 orange and C lemon drinks, 2 milks, 2 Oreos, coffee and teas. There are apples and biscuits in the lobby. Breakfast was really good with so many choices, delicious. The room is huge.

The location is in the center of the city. It is very convenience to have food and do shopping etc. The bed and quilt are very comfortable. The room installed air conditioners in addition of the center air conditioner. Therefore, room temperature is easy to be controlled by yourselves to a comfortable level. The disadvantages are there are no enough cabinets to put out clothes which is inconvenience for us to stay there nearly a week. There are no enough chair in the room too. The outside windows have not been cleaned for a long time. They are extremely dirty. You cannot see the beautiful landscape and street view through them.

The service provided by front desk was good. The environment is excellent. I will stay in your hotel next time I come to Dalian

Great hotel, good service. Overall, a very very pleasant experience. If I had one criticism, the coffee at the breakfast buffet was not good. But overall, a fantastic stay. Thank you!

Everything about the hotel is upto the mark, The staff was really helpful and cooperative specially '小敏' She helped us checkin late at night and also upgraded our room. Metro is near but far from downtown (40km approx) takes an hour to reach The bund.

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay - room was large and fresh - check in was easy and staff pleasant. The location is excellent with everything very close, restaurants / street food, train station, shopping malls, Starbucks 😁, great location and a nice hotel - will be staying there often in the future.

早上八點多就到酒店了，本來想先寄存行李的，沒想到前台小姐姐很熱情的就提前給我們辦理了入住，訂的房型不包含孩子的早餐，結果還送了兩天孩子的早餐🙏🏻服務很棒…每天收拾放假，續水 續飲料，牛奶小餅乾都有，大廳還有咖啡飲料，盲選的酒店沒想到這麼好。距離地鐵很近 去哪裡都方便，門口打車也方便，旁邊是一條小夜市 對面是大連商場，離早市也不遠，性價比很高，期待下次再遊大連

優點：地理位置優越，樓下有便利店，肯德基，旁邊就是網紅夜市，對面是2路公交車可以到老虎新區，並且對面有大連商場，大連新瑪特，購物，吃飯豐儉由人。 缺點：剛進房間，就發現桌子上的煙灰，第一時間聯繫了攜程，攜程反應很快，第一時間讓酒店處理，可是我反應的是衞生，為啥是酒店的工程人員拿着空氣清新劑進來，問我，哪裡有味？我給你噴空氣清新劑。我……………？？？？？。後來孩子打開酒店贈飲，發現是已經被打開的，並且裏面的量明顯少，我們第一時間聯繫酒店，酒店給更換了，並沒有詢問我們是否有身體上的不適，之後就沒有任何態度了，攜程幫着聯繫，都沒有任何酒店工作人員上門對接，後來酒店的態度就是要麼退房結算第一晚房費，要麼就繼續住吧，直到投訴到工商，酒店才出麪給瞭解決方案。唉，店大欺客淋漓盡致。後期攜程在這件事情的處理上，我還是要表揚一下，無論是反應的速度，還是處理問題的態度都是可以的。

1、因為提前定的酒店一下子訂了兩間，晚上到了給我們留得不是一個樓層，並且前台服務很不好，説和他沒關係不是他給我們留得房間，對前台人員必須差評，和漫心，桔子，全季服務完全沒辦法比 2、“一千多一晚的酒店”房間環境也太差了，太臟了，啥玩意，根本就是公寓樓改的，電梯也很不穩定，環境如圖片真實，大家自己看 3、早餐真的不咋地，服務也不好，那筷子就在水裡過一下就拿出來了，都是油根本沒法用，好惡心。最搞笑的是帶了個4歲孩子一起早餐，孩子還單收個早餐費，不然不讓進，我真是服了，沒辦法交吧，不然大人也沒法吃，總不能把孩子扔外邊吧 4、圖片最後一張，上面還有微信二維碼，我朋友加了測試一下，大家懂得都懂，不帶老婆有需要的可以哈哈，好像有…………不多説，大家都懂😊，這年代這樣酒店還有這個，真是沒誰了，再也不來了 5、發現附近500米就有桔子酒店，全季酒店等等環境非常好，如果大家不是很非住這家不可，千萬別住這家，以免心情不好

姐妹倆帶媽媽出來旅遊，兩室一廳房間正好，房間挺乾淨，晚上睡覺安靜，除了第一次説衞生間有異味也馬上解決了，還有水果和牛奶暢吃，飲料和瓶裝水也是每天供應，不錯的一次體驗這樣的家庭房，出行也方便地鐵就在邊上，隔壁就是一條街小吃。

房間服務很好，瓶裝礦泉水可以由機器人免費送。 早餐在11樓，比較豐富，花樣很多。就是有的菜有點鹹。旁邊有個老街，可以嚐嚐小吃。 酒店客房電梯衹有兩部，早高峯時需要耐心等待。
