Fantastic place to live in! It’s so convenient and the staff are so friendly . Totally recommended

The location is superb, walkable from the Innsbruck station and near a shopping mall where you can grab food or ingredients. The team is super helpful and prepared for us the Innsbruck card (upon request), so that we could use the public transport for free. They were super responsive and helpful when it comes to our questions face to face and on email. Even when the space is small and the bed is in the same area as the kitchen, we were glad that we could use the kitchen (however, we advise cooking light meals, as the smell could be too overwhelming and you may need to open your door to ventilate).

The hotel was beautiful, the lobby was equipped with things you may need or want for your breakfast including jams, marmalades, Nutella ect. Being an apar**ent, the rooms had a kitchen with dishwasher ect and a full bathroom. Disappointing however, with backpacking we went for the ‘cheaper’ room, I think roughly £/€4 give or take cheaper, we were put in room 1, by the entrance door which was noisy and disruptive on a night. Being the room on the end, i opened the curtain to be greeted to the people in the outdoor smoking area next to the entrance. This resulted in the room smelling of cigarette smoke even with the windows shut. This being alongside the patio door which was the walkway to underground storage, (the other rooms had somewhat private patio with a table and chair), meaning I was greeted to two women starting in when opening the curtains in the morning. We also asked for an early check in (around 30 minutes, after travelling long distances by train) which we were refused, and the receptionist waited until bang on 3pm to check us and an other couple in. The room itself and the hotel was beautiful, only being a 10/15 minute walk to the centre and a luxury of fresh milk provided by a farm a minutes walk away, however disappointed by the positioning of the room; a little poorly thought out.

We stayed there two nights and it was great value for its price. In a quaint part of Innsbruck, Pradl Elf fully immersed us in the heart of the city, only a short walk away from restaurants, the Olympic Park, and (a bit further of a walk) the old city. The room we got was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Though we didn't use it, the little kitchenette provided was quite nice and could have been used. The bathroom was good. It is clear that the hotel is not always staffed: before our arrival (which we said via a form would be at 3pm), they sent us emailed instructions for how to get in the event that no staff was there. The instructions were simple to follow and straightforward, but as an American it was a bit odd to not see any staff present. But, the whole time, we felt secure so it was fine. The parking will cost 8 euros a day but is convenient, located about a 2 minute walk from the hotel.

This place was perfect for what we needed. The room came with a small kitchen with utensils and an electric hob, rain shower and amazing view of the mountains. My partner and I had the best stay here. The staff were welcoming, friendly and very informative. They were more than happy to make time to speak to us to suggest things to do. Great location - it is in a very quiet part of the town and only 10 minutes by walk into the main centre. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel as we had plans every morning but it looked great! There is a nice sitting area in reception with leaflets of Innsbruck and even a chess board. 10/10 would recommend. I will definitely be coming back.

Brilliant stay, lovely accomodation. Great location. Easy transport system and the Welcome Card was a really great bonus. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Thank you very much for a great stay, can't wait to come back.

Immaculate hotel. Wonderful hosts, we stayed over New Year’s and found a champagne bottle waiting for us in our room in the evening. On check-in, we were given Innsbruck Welcome Cards which provide free public transportation in and around Innsbruck. Spacious, fully-equipped mini apar**ent (corner), complete with kitchenette and refrigerator. Convenient location near transit hub for daytrips out of Innsbruck. Supermarket 5-minute walk, train station 10-minute walk, old town 15-minute walk. Highly recommended.
