It is forbidden to stay in the hotel with wild animals or animals that pose a potential danger to human life and health. Pets are allowed in the presence of veterinary documents of the established standard (a veterinary passport or a certificate from a veterinarian) with a note on all vaccinations. Special rooms of certain categories are provided for guests with pets, and multi-bed rooms are not provided. For accommodation with an animal, an additional payment of 1000 rubles is charged to the tariff. At no extra charge, it is allowed to stay with guide dogs that serve the needs of people with disabilities.
