Stayed one night with my teenage daughter due to a local softball tournament. First the positives. Every employee was great from start to finish. Rarely do you find all employees are great but it was true for this hotel. I was able to check in early after calling to see if anything was available. This was a life saver since the tournament was delayed due to rains. Breakfast was well stocked and the area was kept clean. Needs improvement. There are signs that the property is under exterior renovations through the end of 2024. I’m not sure if the interior is included but it is badly needed. The room was clean and fine. The hallways are not great, I would say multiple years overdue for carpet, wallpaper, etc. Checkout was a breeze and we were even given a couple of bottles of cold water for the road. There was also a welcome letter for our softball club and they put out some gatorade bottles and rice crispy treats for the team. This was a nice touch. I didn’t feel dirty after my stay so I would stay again but with the hopes of interior hallway upgrades.

The availability of a room close to the airport was exactly what I needed. My family and I travelled over an hour to see my brother off very early in the morning. The staff greeted us immediately upon entering the hotel. The check-in process was easy and fully explained by the Guest Care Associate. He was amicable, thorough, knowledgeable and professional. The room was exactly as expected. The entire facility was immaculately clean and our room was perfect. I appreciated the extra towel and soaps that were readily available in the room because my mother came with me. This was a perfect overnight stay. Whenever I need a room again I'd definitely reserve a room with LaQuinta again.

Great customer service, convenient location, friendly staff

La proprietà era bella e pulita per il suo prezzo. La nostra stanza era esattamente come era immaginato online. Tuttavia, ho avuto qualche problema con esso. Il fondo di un trattore era andato, il fegato di fucile era rotto e l'aria dall'AC non era così fredda come voglio. Ma tutti questi tre problemi erano a posto con me. Non mi serviva il trattore di fondo, il fegato di guancia era facilmente messo in e mi raffreddo facilmente comunque. Pensavo solo che questi problemi avrebbero dovuto essere risolti prima che gli ospiti dormissero in esso. Il personale era carino e cortese. In generale, se stai cercando un motel economico e pulito, questo sarebbe per te. Se ti aspettavi di più, allora sarebbe meglio shell out the extra $$$ e prenotare un altro posto.

L'hotel non ha riconosciuto la nostra prenotazione e ci ha chiesto di pagare di nuovo. Allora ci hanno dato una camera con due letti doppi invece del letto re che abbiamo prenotato. Una volta abbiamo una camera di letto di dimensioni re è STUNK OF SMOKE! E il bacino sembrava che fosse per cadere dal muro. Il bonus è che è proprio oltre il Dinner Theater di Beef e Boards. Spero che finiranno le riparazioni e sarà meglio presto.

Un grande luogo per iniziare! Meno di 5 minuti a piedi all'hotel dal treno, e una semplice 15 minuti a piedi al centro. Il personale era super amichevole e veramente utile. La stanza era enorme, la camera da bagno più grande di alcuni appartamenti che ho soggiornato! Moderno e tempestivo.

Il mio furgone di noleggio è andato a rotoli e ho bisogno di un posto per stare, sono venuto in questa posizione e aveva avuto una visita molto stress-free e rilassante. Kalie e Jodie hanno avuto un personale molto eccezionale e molto professionale, hanno sempre un sorriso!!! Molto utile quando il mio camion continua a ritardare il negozio e assicurarmi che ho ancora una stanza da soggiornare. Rimango sicuramente qui e lo consiglio molto. Le camere sono pulite, odore fresco, non fumatori. Un altro bonus è Walmart è a piedi, e diversi posti da mangiare a piedi. La stanza standard non aveva un frigo o una microonde, ma il re migliorato li ha. Questo è anche un posto piuttosto tranquillo. Grazie Jodie e Kalie per aver fatto del mio soggiorno una piacevole!!!
